Very relaxing and care free.
Pros:

Secure parking, everything was in house, didn’t have to leave the building for food or entertainment, good size rooms and helpful staff.

Pleasant and comfortable
Pros:

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was OK but could do with a few extra's like pancakes or pastries.

Cons:

No free bottled water in the rooms and the price of water at the cafe was extremely high.

Will definitely stay here again if we are in town.
Pros:

One of the best hotels we have stayed in compared to those in Surfers Paradise and even in Brisbane City. Very Clean, comfortable, friendly staff and good check-in/check out even though we arrived late at night and left early the next morning. Keep up the good work!

A place to get our head down, but not a place I’d revisit.
Pros:

Looked nice from the outside. Room itself was a good size.

Cons:

The room smelled incredibly bad of mould/dirty aircon. Musty. The breakfast was dire. The staff at the front reception weren’t particularly friendly. We were charged after leaving and not notified why.

Pros:

The property was clean, I didn’t feel overly welcome at check in. Felt a bit clinical tbh. The staff member who checked us out was lovely though.

Cons:

One of the staff at check in was clinical and not very welcoming. Photos of the pool that doesn’t belong to the the property was bizarre!
