The women at reception Mitchell pritt was very rude too me invaded my personal privacy put booking.com down and treated me like I was a prostituted I didn't even stay at all I'm the motel because I felt that uncomfortable from the way I was treated from the reception desk I payed alot of money out for that room it wasn't even clean I re made the bed the room I payed for was ment too have a balcony like I said they put in a room used for prostituting the room was n't even clean like the side tables were that dusty I moved them too show the cleaners due too I was head house keeper at the central highlands motel emerald and that room if health n safety went through that room it wouldn't pass blood disgusting not even the sheets on the bed nor towels nor anything was clean yuk mantra hotel get new cleaners and reception people that are not invading ppls privacy I payed alot off money for that room and didn't even stay in it had a shower I hope I don't get tinia on my feet yuk

Wonderful short stay, could have stayed for weeks!
Pros:

Buffet dinner and breakfast were excellent. We asked for a room upgrade and staff were most helpful, room was perfect, spacious and fully equipped.

Cons:

Slightly disappointed with location (would have liked water views), but minor problem, didn't notice once inside!
