Well located

The room smelled terrible and we came out with bed bugs. Great location but stay away

BED BUGS! and Hostile Staff. They are infested with bed bugs and once we brought that to the staff's attention they escalated to management and said they would resolve this in the evening when we returned. We packed all our stuff expecting to be moved to a new room. However upon returning the staff changed their attitude and told us they applied poison in our room through an exterminator and became hostile by accusing us of bringing the infestation into the hotel. It was obvious they were trying to cover up their own infestation after we raised concern and requested a new room. They even went as far as telling us well you probably brought them in on the metro with you (we took private transportation). The photos online when booking are also deceiving. They show multiple rooms to make them appear bigger then they really are. The sofa couch was nasty with stains. Save yourself money and pain from bites and do not stay here.

The photos of this property are a bit misleading about the actual state of the apartment. It’s an apartment within another old apartment. Hallway was filled with bags of laundry both days. Shower is a weird retrofit that looks like it’s falling apart with patches and mold. The property has potential, but it’s lacking.

It is not a hotel in a conventional way. More like a group of very small apartments- mix between an bnb and a hotel. Phenomenal location and easy to get on a bus, metro or just hail a cab. Plenty of food options but would avoid the grand cafe on the corner as our daughter had a food poisoning after eating there.

Staff are very warm, helpful and available. Location very convenient. Boutique-feel with individual, creative touches in each room. Kitchenette well-equipped. Bed and shower fantastic. We loved this hotel and hope to come back!

The front staff was very welcoming and gentle.
The room was nicely decorated. TV and wifi didn’t work.

Hotel is not always staffed. Getting help was difficult. Great room with kitchenette. Some stairs to navigate.

Lovely designed and cosy room with kitchenette. Clean. Very convenient location with mini mart next door and less than 5min walk to Ave Montaigne for shopping.

Very well located

Location was great! Close to everything. I was expecting new and remodeled room as it looks like in the picture but it was ok. Cleanliness maybe a 7 out of 10, bec. the sofa has stains and
old, throw pillows smells like sweat. Sheets are clean and towels too. No elevator! Was kinda hard to bring our luggage on the 2nd flr which they call it 1st flr. and the stairs was spiral and tight so imagine carrying 4 luggage up. My wife showered with cold water. It runs out of hot water right away. The only advice we get was don’t shower long and wait 2hrs for the hot water for us to use again. Me and my son showered quickly. So we were surprised. So for us the place was ok.

It's great location. Rooms are nice and clean. It's very limited availability. My kids live to stay. Staffs are nick and very helpful.

Our stay at The Marbeuf 33 Hotel was very nice. Starting from the guidance to enter the place and go to our room to check out in arranging a taxi to the airport all was very satisfactory.
Room was very nice, clean and very decent size as well. Not to miss the amazing speed of Wi-Fi in the room and the lovely decor.
Highly recommended place to stay in Paris and Super Location too.
The lady at the reception Salwa was exteremly helpful and kind.

This location cannot be beat. Really perfect set up for a family and very solid communication. Very responsive and professional. The only thing missing was some larger serving utensils as we did a bit of cooking in the apartment. Lovely stay and highly recommend.

Perfect location, very personal feel like an apartment, bigger than most hotel rooms you will pay the same price for. A I will stay here anytime I am in Paris again. Super friendly staff.
