Grand, confortable, mais nécessaire des exigences faibles pour l’insonorisation.
Pros:

La chambre était spacieuse! Le lit confortable et le personnel très gentil. Le déjeuner vraiment bien.

Cons:

L’insonorisation est plutôt médiocre cependant..on entend beaucoup les gens dans le couloir ainsi que le pas des gens de l’étage supérieur. Ça prend donc des bouchons. Pour un hôtel de cette chaîne, j’ai déjà vu mieux.

This Hyatt Place is in a good location. Not far from many sporting events. The staff is friendly, professional and always ask if you need anything. Great hotel. Stay here whenever I am in LA..

Staff were all amazingly friendly and helpful
Pros:

A quiet 5 storey hotel, staff were exceptional.

Cons:

Lack of food options surrounding the hotel considering bar food was only available from 5:30pm to 10:30pm

It was okay
Pros:

I did book this room with Chase - Hyatt points so it’s not the end of the world but this hotel was alright. I was thrown off because I booked this room cause I thought the couch would be much bigger. On the Hyatt website, the pictures showed a couch that was gigantic, it was an L shaped couch plus a king bed. That was perfect for the situation we were in. The couch in our room was tiny, it worked but it was way smaller and it wasn’t a L shaped on either. Also they charge an absurd amount for parking. I was more annoyed that they don’t disclose anything about parking in the reservation info. Parking was like 37 a day. Also the ironing table is made out of toothpicks. No joke it fell apart the moment I opened it and I had to play bob the builder on it, I fixed it though. Also their bathroom towels made my face so red and itchy when I used it, that has never happened with any other hotel towels. The staff downstairs is quite friendly though. Overall some of the things I listed were annoying but the room was decent overall. However if I can I’d probably book another hotel through the Chase portal.

Pleasant surprise
Pros:

Normally I stayed at the other Hyatt Place on the Centry Avenue. First time visit of this place, experience was better than expected. Parking was convienent. Smooth checkin and I received a suite upgrade and lare chechout because of my Hyatt statue. Enjoyed the stay.

I was looking for a place that was adequate, and this was a bit more than that.
Pros:

Staff was very pleasant and helpful during check in. The tender at the bar was also very nice and went out of his way to ensure we had what we needed, when we needed it. Breakfast was surprisingly good for a smaller-medium place like this, though the dining area was crowded and it was not easy to find a seat.

Cons:

The location is in a commercial/industrial area near the airport, but there's not much we can do about that, now is there? Other than that, there's nothing really to complain about.
