Good place to stay if you are flying out the next day.
Pros:

Room was big. And close to airport

Cons:

The pools were foamy and not very clean. The fireplace wasn’t working. The info card given should provide a map. The shuttle driver was very vocal able disliking his job.

Buono in generale. Attenzione che all’Aereoporto lo Shuttle deve essere chiamato al telefono perché non passa periodicamente come per altri alberghi.

Cons:

Rumore eccessivo dell’aria condizionata in camera. Doccia con poca pressione dell’acqua. Colazione basic. Letto con topper troppo morbido.

Camera grossa, vicinanza all’aeroporto.

Cons:

Sono arrivato in hotel intorno alle 14:30, poco prima dell’orario ufficiale di check-in previsto per le 15:00. Mi è stato comunicato che la camera non era ancora disponibile, cosa che posso comprendere.
Sono quindi tornato verso le 18:30, ma anche a quell’ora ho dovuto attendere circa 15 minuti prima che mi venisse assegnata una stanza. La dipendente alla reception che mi ha assistito è stata fin dall’inizio piuttosto sgarbata e poco disponibile.
Una volta ricevute le chiavi e raggiunta la camera, mi sono accorto che mi era stata assegnata una sistemazione al secondo piano con un solo letto queen. Questo non corrispondeva assolutamente alla prenotazione effettuata e pagata: avevo infatti prenotato espressamente una camera a un piano alto, pagando un supplemento, e con due letti queen, essendo in viaggio con mia moglie e nostra figlia.
Sono quindi dovuto tornare nuovamente alla reception con tutti i disagi del caso. La cosa che mi ha infastidito maggiormente è stata l’atteggiamento della dipendente: nonostante le mostrassi chiaramente la conferma della mia prenotazione con due letti queen e piano alto, continuava a sostenere che la camera assegnatami fosse corretta e che un solo letto queen fosse comunque abbastanza grande per due adulti e una bambina.
Trovo questo comportamento inaccettabile. Non spetta al personale decidere se una sistemazione diversa e inferiore rispetto a quella prenotata possa “andare bene” al cliente. Avevo pagato per una determinata tipologia di camera e mi aspettavo semplicemente di ricevere ciò che avevo prenotato.
Soltanto dopo circa altri 20 minuti di discussione mi è stata finalmente assegnata una camera corretta, con due letti queen e situata al quinto piano. Questo dimostra, tra l’altro, che la sistemazione da me prenotata era effettivamente disponibile.

Die Nähe zum Flughafen ist super, die Anbindung zur Metro auch. Generell ist in der direkten Umgebung nicht viel man ist auf ÖPNV oder Uber/Taxi angewiesen

Bueno para el costo y la ubicación.

Me sigue gustando mucho la ubicación en relacion a lo que yo iba a LA, la cama deliciosa y lo amplio de la habitación siempre es favorable.

Cons:

Ahora se me hizo descuidado el hotel, no estaba tan impecable como la vez pasada.
