Chambre au rez de chaussée. Prix du parking exagéré. Personnel indifférent. La navette vers l’aéroport ferme trop tôt le soir.

The breakfast was great

Cons:

I had to ask them to clean after charging me 50$ a day so they could clean the first day I was there it didn’t get cleaned at all. I asked 2 people for towels I didn’t even get fresh ones till the next day

Great stay!
Pros:

Loved our Hyatt Place experience! From check-in to check-out, it was a fabulous experience. We were able to get into a room around 10:30 am, were offered breakfast upon arrival, and were able to store our luggage and use the pool. The hotel was sparkling clean, looked brand new, and everyone we encounter was friendly, helpful, and kind. Shoutout to Rachel at the front desk and the ladies in the breakfast area who went above and beyond for us!

Greet modern hotel, located in business area close to LAX.
Pros:

The room was huge, a seating area, and a large bathroom. Lovely swimming pool and functional gym. The breakfast wasn’t extensive but something for everyone and it was free. Also close to LAX with a free transfer.

Cons:

The hotel is located in a business area - full of company headquarters. There are restaurants dotted around but not in walking distance. Really need a car.

Cons:

Estuvimos dos horas esperando al Shutte al llegar luego de avisar al hotel de nuestra llegada y nunca llegó a buscarnos . Nos comunicamos varias veces con el hotel y terminamos tomando un taxi cuyo valor nos reintegraron y nos compensaron con un early check in pero perdimos más de 2 horas de nuestra corta estadía …

Great experience
Pros:

The hotel was super clean , staff was friendly and welcoming. I had an issue with my room blinds. I called to the front desk and it was handled promptly and efficiently. I will be back and I recommended this hotel to all of my traveling friends.. Also they have soo many amenities gym, pool , fire pit. Parking wasn’t horrible .
