The continental breakfast was ok. Location was close to the airport. The shuttle service was handy
The front desk reception lady was not very polite
Close to the airport and restaurants
Breakfast would have been better if you have some waffle maker
Staff brill, great breakfast, easy check-in/out, flight schedule on the tvs, nice pool & hot tub, cute fire pit, lovely spacious room, good housekeeping, safe area and great for transport links to the West Coast, Disneyland, Hollywood & Universal Studios.
Honestly, we really enjoyed our stay and couldn't fault anything at all. The hot tub looked at bit ropey, but was actually fab & the whole hotel had a great feel and vibe about it - we'd love to return!
Just an airport hotel, nothing more.
Reception desk very poor. Facilities limited.
Bar and restaurant limited opening times and prices of snacks and drinks in lobby are outrageous.
Breakfast was OK at best.
Not a good experience 😕
Very clean and a great breakfast!
Ottima colazione

Clean
Pretty clean; like laminate floors… decent value.
Heard everything above our floor… walls thin.
Very clean, many towels, breakfast was not bad
I rated it 9/10 because airport shuttle bus driver wanted to charge me for taking free shuttle. A bit disappointing
This is a good hotel close to LAX. It’s a good, economical choice if you need a place close to the airport, but away from the “busier” side of the LAX airport, and close to good places to eat and shop. The rooms are comfortable and have the basic amenities and every three days housekeeping. The walls are thin so it’s noisy with just people coming and going. Another plus is the free breakfast, and a shuttle to the airport that you need to arrange in advance. Overall the staff is adequately courteous and helpful. Some of the front desk folks seem pretty inexperienced, and it’s always curious as to what all of them are staring at constantly on those screens - like constantly. It’s nearly impossible to reach them by phone from the room. We did book a “private room” and their patio for some group activities for this trip and room access was challenging (seems only a few have the combination to the room door - and notably not the front desk). The fire pits didn’t work outside (either properly or at all) for all three days we booked there - yet we paid the full rental fee. Finally, the evening “chef” who doubles as the “bartender” (yes he has a chef coat on and stares at this phone rather than tending the bar), is extremely rude, and to be avoided during your visit at all costs. Go across the way to the AC hotel for a better bar experience. So paying for F&B here is not a good move.
