Bon hotel avec du personnel peu formé.
Pros:

Bel hôtel assez proche de l'aéroport. Avec les bonnes facilités et un restaurant du soir acceptable. Petit déjeuner offert très complet.

Cons:

La gestion des navettes est très chaotique. Il y a une grande amélioration à faire là-dessus et le personnel est indifférent.
Le message de l'hôtel laissait penser qu'une navette passait régulièrement à l'aéroport alors qu'il fallait la demander.
Pour le retour, la navette commandée du lendemain n'était pas là et ils ont dû nous commander un Uber pour nous acheminer vers l'aéroport en temps (à leurs frais toutefois).

Pros:

Convenient location. The rexeption staff was friendly and courteous, they were happy to help us out with directions and indications about local shops around and public transport. Breakfast was very good. Accommodation was clean and quiet. Shuttle bus was easily arranged and service was fast. Happy to come back.

Fantastic stay if you want to stay near the airport!
Pros:

Breakfast is great. Enough selection for the basic needs.

Cons:

I like the location. It is a quite area but near the major highways going to either Long Beach of LA downtown/city center.
