Pros:

Muy bien ubicado. Para el estándar de Nueva York la habitación es amplia, con el añadido de una pequeña cocina con todo lo esencial. El baño es amplio y bien equipado. Sin duda la ubicación es lo más destacable con Time Square a pocos minutos a pie.

Cons:

No se limpio la habitación en los tres días que estuvimos aunque desconozco si era necesario solicitarlo.

Pros:

The location is perfect, very central and in good quarter. The room is small but enough comfortable. The only issue can be that there is not an elevator. We arrived late and the staff was very gentle.

Cons:

The structure can be be renewed, there are some part old and sometimes fixed not in a proper way. As I said the fact that there is not an elevator can be an issue when you have big luggage that you have to bring upstair.

Pros:

Location was a little bit out of centre but that was nice to get away from the crowds . Only 20 min walk into time square

Cons:

No reception as such . No bar .
Stayed 3 nights room wasn't cleaned ..

Great location and size room.
Pros:

Room was a great size with two double beds. Great bathroom and basic food preparation facilities. Excellent location in NYC for exploring the city.

Cons:

We knew that there wasn’t an elevator, so we were prepared to carry up our bags. However the three flights of stairs were a challenge. And we are fit people!

The hotel is practical, basic and clean. It's a good spot on East side and 15mins walk from Times Sq...25 to Central park...

Es lo que promete
Pros:

El hospedaje cumple con lo que promete, si buscas lujo y glamur no es tu sitio, si por el contrario quieres disfrutar de la ciudad con una excelente relación calidad precio ni lo dudes. Es un barrio tranquilo pero con muchas cosas a mano, la habitación estaba limpia y espaciosa. Contar con una neverita y la cocinita es un plus. Mención super especial a los anfitriones, fueron super amables y estuvieron pendientes de todo.

Cons:

Si bien es cierto que nos cambiaron las toallas a mitad de semana, eche en falta que cambiaran las sabanas y limpiaran la habitación, pero por lo demás todo correcto.

Se cercate qualcosa vicino a Manhattan ma senza pretese
Pros:

La struttura ha un buon rapporto qualità prezzo, vicinissima a Times Square ed al cuore di Manhattan. Ho avuto un problema credo con acari della polvere (a causa della moquette) ed ho chiesto assistenza al personale che si è subito prodigato nel risolvere la situazione facendo una pulizia extra della camera e sostituendo tutta la biancheria. Grazie ancora a Mishel per l’aiuto.

Cons:

Nonostante questo la struttura è piuttosto “old style”. La moquette sulle scale ed all’interno della stanza non la aiuta. Il condizionatore, decisamente datato, funziona a tratti, la finestra non sono stata in grado di aprirla, sembrava bloccata. Nel complesso la camera è molto piccola, il bagno invece è molto grande e pulito e dotato di sapone, shampoo e phon.
