Pros:

L’hotel si trova accanto all’Holiday Inn, è strutturato su 3 piani senza ascensore.
La posizione non è male, a 15 minuti a piedi da Times Square e dalla prima fermata utile della metropolitana, ma dopo aver camminato tutto il giorno, per km e km quei 15 minuti diventano tanti. Nei dintorni non ci sono molti ristoranti, comunque devi fare 8/10 minuti a piedi, mentre funzionano benissimo le app di consegna a domicilio.
Alla reception non c’è mai nessuno, ma è a disposizione un numero di telefono da contattare per qualsiasi bisogno, noi abbiamo avuto sempre risposte tempestive.
La camera non è piccola, i 2 letti sono alla francese, viene valutata per 4 persone, ma già in 3 si stava precisi.
È presente un angolo cottura con fuochi, microonde, frigo e tutto il necessario per cucinare.
Il bagno è cieco, con ventola d’aspirazione.
Il personale è molto gentile e sempre a disposizione telefonicamente.
Abbiamo avuto la possibilità di lasciare i bagagli dopo il check out e di tornare a prenderli nel pomeriggio.
Se non si hanno pretese alte, per il prezzo pagato è più che dignitoso!

Cons:

Le scale sono abbastanza strette e ripide, la pulizia è da rivedere soprattutto nelle zone comuni come corridoi e scale, dove la moquette è sporca e piena di polvere. Anche la camera non brilla, è presente una sessione di pulizia 1 volta soltanto durante il soggiorno, noi abbiamo richiesto cambio asciugamani aggiuntivi e pulizia camera in più tramite whatsapp e non ci sono stati problemi.

Excelente relación calidad -precio.
Pros:

La situación excepcional. Mishel siempre disponible para ayudar. El hotel es muy básico pero está limpio y al final solo se usa por la noche para ir a descansar. Al tener la pequeña cocina te permite comprar lo básico para el desayuno . Cenar cosas básicas también es posible. Las camas son muy cómodas. Excelente relación calidad precio.

Cons:

Habría que mejorar el mantenimiento en general y valorar el cambio de la moqueta por un material más higiénico. Gavia demasiado calor en las habitaciones.

Esta muy bien para los estandares de nueva york y la cocinita te hecha un cable. No es una queja pero lo advierto la puerta q es muy estrecha y t sorprende de un hoel siempre esta cerrada .se entra con codigo . La 1 vez q llegas te sorprende q este cerrada y no hay timbre . Hay un telefono americano del conserje q le tienes q llamar . No esperes una rececpcion como en españa q siempre hay alguien

Que tenga una mini cocina, es un punto muy a favor en una ciudad como New York. Las habitaciones son pequeñas pero cumplen su función, el baño si tiene bien tamaño. Está muy bien ubicado y el personal es muy amable y servicial. Repetiríamos 100%

Nos faltó una silla o banquito más para alguna comida que hicimos en la habitación.

L'emplacement (10 minutes à pied de Times Square, quartier très calme avec énormément de choix de restaurant à proximité).
La gentillesse et la disponibilité de Michel étaient agréables.
La chambre est franchement agréable à vivre car spacieuse, avec une cuisine bien équipée, beaucoup de rangements pour vêtements et bagages. Le lit est très confortable.
La salle de bain est également spacieuse et fonctionnelle.

Cons:

À noter quand même, que nous étions au rez-de chaussée et effectivement l'isolation sonore n'est pas terrible... Mais avec des boules quies nous avons très bien dormi donc pensez y si votre sommeil est léger !
