Des petits désagréments dus à la chambre mais quatre jours fantastiques à Colmar, ville très agréable.
Pros:

Son emplacement au cœur du vieux Colmar.
Les petits déjeuners buffet tout à fait corrects.
Le personnel très aimable.

Cons:

La chambre exiguë, sombre, avec peu d’ouvertures ( cela est dû au caractère très ancien de la maison) sans fauteuil pour s’asseoir à l’occasion d’une pause ; une télévision toute petite. La salle de bain sans lumière au dessus du lavabo ( pas facile de se raser ni même de se laver le visage). Le lavabo bouché.
Le ménage qui n’a pas été fait le deuxième jour,….= il y a une marge de progrès de ce côté là !

Ein schönes, optimal gelegenes Hotel mit sehr netten Personal in einer wunderschönen Stadt!

Sehr nettes Personal! Beste Lage in der Altstadt! Das Zimmer hat uns gut gefallen.

Cons:

Sehr schwierig mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Die Beschreibung zur Anfahrt bis zu dem Hotel und die Fahrt zum Parkhaus sollte differenzierter sein. Das Hotel ist auch nicht zu allen Zeiten mit dem Auto zu erreichen! - Das Frühstück ist noch ausreichend!

Das Hotel liegt mitten im Zentrum. Obwohl es hier viele Gaststätten gibt, war es nachts sehr ruhig. Im Sommer ist das wahrscheinlich anders.
Hier herrscht eine sehr gastliche Atmosphäre, auch dank des zuvorkommenden Personals.

Cons:

In die Steckdosen passen nur flache Stecker , das müsste man vorher wissen.
Im Bad fehlen ein paar Haken zum Trocknen von Handtüchern und Waschlappen.
