This not a hotel, which is aparent by the name. These are serviced apartments.
Really nice overall. The reception is across the street and the process is very easy in essence. Pick up your keys and you have your house for your trip. Reception people we excellent.
We never had the room cleaned or towels changed for a 3 day duration, which could upset some, but as we had read reviews, we prepared for this, so it certainly wasnt a problem.
With the weather, there was a lot of families taking advantage of the kids areas in the middle of the complex.
Apartments were very spacious. We had booked a 5 man apartment, it could certainly have hosted this...but its not immediately aparent this is a 5 person place. 2 obvious beds and 1 fold away effort.

The local area isnt great on the eye and the traffic can be very noisy...considering the weather was good and there is no air con (you are supplied a large fan), leaving windows open, caused us a bit of earache.With regards the area, despite the look, we had no problems at all. The main city centre is 20mins walk away. There is a supermarket along the road and some small shops across the street, coffee shop, pizza place, small convenience store.
In summary, for the money, this is excellent value.

Nice, apartment that had all the features we needed. Very quite area. Second time I have booked apartment through them and I will again if I go back to Lodz. Very good price.

Czysty apartament, wygodne łóżka

Bardzo przyjemny apartament. Wszystko co potrzebne znajduje się na miejscu. Spełniono moją prośbę o apartament z wanną, co ogromnie mnie ucieszyło.

The apartment was spacious and clean, there was a strong smell of cleaning solution so had to open the windows to air it out. Good size bathroom and shower. The sofa bed was comfortable, the beds were a little hard. Wi-fi was a bit slow.

Weekendowy pobyt ze znajomymi. Bardzo dokuczliwy był brak rolet lub zasłon. Intensywne światło po drugiej stronie ulicy bardzo przeszkadzało zasnąć! Ogólnie ok. Do Piotrkowskiej 15 min pieszo.

Brakowalo poscieli dla 3 osoby. Apartament mial byc dla trzech osob / trzy pojedyncze lozka, prosilam o konfiguracje jedno podwojne lozko jedno pojedyncze. Podwojne bylo z poscielone, pojedyncze bez poscieli. Ale za to miejsce w hali garazowej gratis. Ogolnie lokalizacja ok, jak za takie pieniazki ok. A no i brakowalo mikrofalii. Obsluga mila

It was a great time to stay there. Very close to centre of Lodz .

Chcieliśmy zwiedzić Łódź w weekend - niestety łódź nie poraża zachwytem :(

Wynajęty apartament okazał się mieszkaniem po drugiej stronie ulicy, naprzeciw hotelu w którym robiłem rezerwację. Z apartamentu byłem bardzo zadowolony. Jedynym minusem jest konieczność odebrania kluczy w hostelu, który znajduję się na II piętrze budynku bez windy. Apartament był czysty, ogólnie polecam wszystkim pobyt w tym apartamencie. Pozdrawiam.

Otrzymaliśmy apartament w nowym budynku wielorodzinnym, na zamykanym osiedlu. Salon z aneksem kuchennym + oddzielna sypialnia. Urządzone raczej skromnie, łóżka i sofa trochę zabrudzone, wyglądają na stare. Obsługa recepcji i śniadanie(20zł/os) po przeciwnej stronie ulicy, jakość serwisu bez zastrzeżeń.

We stayed in the Royal Famili flat on Zeligowskiego 43 for nearly a fortnight in November. The flat was fairly well equipped, although could have done with a washing machine and a small dishwasher. Located outside of central Lodz, it was still a walking distance to the main street (Piotrkowska) and Manufaktura Shopping centre. Good transport links (direct bus to the airport and Lodz Kaliska train station - train connection to Warsaw). Housekeeping was good, but a bit sporadic at times. With a fresh food market nearby (Zeromskiego street) it had all you need for an extended, self catering stay. Overall good value and plenty of space for the money.
