Such authorization must be notarized and signed by both parents, and presented along with notarized copies of their IDs.

Café da manhã muito bom, boa localização escolhida em função das minhas necessidades, ótima qualidade do restaurante, boas opções e pratos bem servidos. Perto do aeroporto, zoológico e caminhos do vinho, área turística de São José dos Pinhais. Estacionamento amplo, com vagas compatíveis ao número de quartos, parte coberta e parte ao ar livre.
Ótimo hotel para eventos.
Fica deslocado de Curitiba, quase em São José dos Pinhais, mas bem perto do aeroporto, um pouco longe para ir e voltar caso queira fazer turismo em Curitiba; Hotel em blocos, tem que sair para a área externa para chegar ao café da manhã / restaurante, o que pode gerar choque térmico em dias frios.
Conforto
Na reserva estava um tipo de acomodação com algumas especificações ex: sacada, vista para o jardim… mas nossa acomodação era somente janela. Não tinha sacada, liguei na recepção e falaram que eu precisava falar com quem contratei. No fim ficamos por assim mesmo. Pagamos 300,84 para duas pessoas. E outros quartos que pagaram quase mesmo valor por quatro pessoas, achei que pelo valor nosso quarto seria um pouco maior.
