Pros:

me alojaron en una habitacion que no habia reservado, les dije q me iba a quedar mas tiempo, me dijeron que baje al otro dia a la mañana y no tenian habitaciones. Me cobraron x 3 hs mas (afuera llovia y tuve q salir a buscar otrto hotel.
La habitacion q pedi era con cama para 2 personas. Cuando reclame coir la diferencia me dijeron q es porque hice el pedido x booking.

Cons:

que no me den la habitacion q habia reservado, que no traten solucionarlo, que no me hahan un reintegro por eso, que al otro dia me dejen sin habitacion.

Personel mówił po angielsku, w pokoju było czysto

Cons:

Brak ciepłej wody w hotelu. Po zgłoszeniu problemu dostaliśmy odpowiedź, że możemy poczekać do rana, rano powinna być ciepła woda (chociaż nie mieli pewności). Musieliśmy się kąpać w zimnej wodzie. Śniadanie było bardzo ubogie i wyliczone - kilka kromek chleba, jakieś dżemy, jogurt, trochę musli, karton soczku i zimna kawa którą musiała być odgrzana w mikrofali
