If you love tattoo shops and barber shops, it will be right up your alley.
Pros:

The pool was nice and clean, got daily sun and not too busy. The location right between Padma Street and Double Six beach. The hotel is very dated and rooms were musty and damp smelling. No natural light coming into the room. Value for money wasn't amazing for a single night stay in the area on our way back home.

Cons:

The room was dark and mouldy smelling. Legian is pretty grubby these days - I hadn't been there for such a long time and was a bit shocked. We used to stay in the area a lot over the years. Lot's of dilapidated buildings and closed stores.

Wonderful experience!!
Pros:

Perfectly located in the heart of Seminyak, the Kumala Pantai is the most beautiful, old school Bali resort.

The gardens are a show stopper. The rooms are clean and very comfortable. As a solo female traveller, I felt safe and secure here.

The staff were friendly and helpful. Excellent value for money. If you want a relaxing location that's not filled with young party animals, this is the place to come.

Overall we were very pleased with the hotel
Pros:

Location was excellent, staff very friendly. Breakfast could have a bit more variety with regards to cakes or snacks to have with a coffee

Cons:

Unfortunately it was wet when we were there so found some areas very slippery. Also our bed frame collapsed when we both sat on the end of the bed. We had workers in our room doing repairs for a few hours, a change of room should have been offered as the resort was not fully booked

Great short stay in Legian
Pros:

Beautiful comfy room. Bed was amazing. Our room was between the pool and restaurant so we got lucky. The pool had lots of seating around it. Breakfast buffet was beautiful. Will definitely stay again. Loved the location right on the beach.

Cons:

There was nothing we didn’t like.

Our home away from home
Pros:

We have been staying at this hotel every year since it was built and sometimes more often than once a year.

It is a comfortable hotel, the gardens and pool are exceptional, but what sets it apart are the wonderful staff whom we know by name and who give us a very warm personalised welcome every time we visit, from reception staff, to pool staff, waiting staff, porters, cleaners and gardeners. Family. 😊
The location is second to none also.
The rooms are comfortable, especially the suites, the beds reasonable and the shower always hot.
