Pros:

The rooms are extremely large and spacious with extra large comfortable bedding. Balcony is a great size. Gardens are exceptionally well designed and maintained always a please to walk through. Both pools are also excellent.

Cons:

Nothing to not like they even have lifts now. A bonus after lots of walking.

Friendliest of the staff were the security guards at gate . They always had a smile and a hello .

We once again loved our stay here. The rooms were very comfortable and clean. The location is fantastic, right on the beach with shops and restaurants at your doorstep. Breakfast was great with a range of offerings

Perfect hotel
Pros:

Always a perfect stay :- staff are amazing as are the rooms and breakfast is beautiful especially the inlets , the breads are always fresh and the fruits are delicious , location is spot on as can walk to the beach through the sand bar

Lovely hotel which would really benefit from an Adults Only pool
Pros:

Leafy retreat with lovely pools in a good location.

Cons:

Kids splashing pool water in our drinks & jumping in right in front of us at the swim-up bar and generally making it hard to relax. It would be amazing if the Kumala Pantai would follow other upmarket hotels and make the small pool and the accommodation around it “Adults Only”.

Lushness amongst the hustle & bustle
Pros:

I absolutely loved this hotel. Rooms are spacious & kept meticulously clean. The staff are so accommodating & nothing was too much! We travelled with twins & the staff genuinely loved seeing them everyday & made such a fuss of them. The hotel is well placed with beach access at the back & the front leads out to a relatively quiet street with shops & restaurants. The gardens are amazing, lush, green & lots of shade. Beautiful water features with fish & even resident turtles. Food is so reasonably priced if you wish to eat there or use room service. Definitely our family go to when we return. Thankyou guys for making our stay so memorable 💓

Very happy with our 7 nights here
Pros:

This resort styled hotel set in a mass of greenery offers everything you need for a relaxing holiday. Our deluxe double with balcony and pool view included, a large comfortable bed, air conditioning, big screen TV, safe, fridge, wardrobe, a desk and chair, inside and outside furniture and tea and coffee making facilities. The spacious bathroom had both a bath and a very good shower. The complimentary wifi was great and worked in all areas. Room servicing and complimentary water and good buffet breakfast each day. On site restaurant, 2 large pools one with swim up bar, a gym and a spa. The staff were incredible. Highly recommended
