Loved the gardens and the ‘old school’ Bali ambience. Disappointed there was no lounger area/change facilities to us

Always treated like family Kumala Pantai is our home away from home!
Pros:

Fantastic friendly and helpful staff.

Great location for restaurants shopping and beach right outside.

Rooms are always clean, very comfortable with great aircon.

Food is always fresh and service is great through out the whole hotel.

Both pool areas are clean and the perfect place to relax.

The nightly entertainment is always on point aswell.

Good stay when on special in a good
Pros:

Had nice large rooms and swim up pool bar in one of the pools. Well priced food and drink within hotel

Wonderful experience
Pros:

This hotel has everything. Location is so close to everything. Staff are helpful and efficient friendly and nothing is any trouble for them. Rooms are big and well appointed. Beds are comfortable. Value is fabulous

Pros:

Great location with excellent restaurants nearby. Opposite the beach.

Cons:

Very slippery around the pool when we were there but they were rectifying it.

Great stay
Pros:

Location is good and the staff are wonderful, we have been going here for over 10 years! The pools are great and gardens are magical. The breakfast has been a let down, it seems to be getting smaller with less options over the years. It would be good to see this improve as I feel it takes away from everything good.

great hotel value for money
Pros:

fantastic stay at the kumala pantai beautiful gardens, large rooms, nice pools, great staff, good value , good location and nice food. can't fault anything we had a great stay and would highly recommend and would stay again. the only small gripe we could have is the pool shuts at 6pm which i feel is too early would be nice if it stayed open till 8pm but apart from that fantastic hotel

Beautiful grounds,nice room overlooking the pool. Very good breakfast and wonderful staff.
Our flight was not until the evening, and we had the option to stay longer ,paying a portion of the nightly rate.

Fantastic hotel
Pros:

Amazing! Loved it. We have booked again for June. This hotel has everything you need and more. Large bedrooms, super comfy beds, great cleaning service and a wonderful restaurant full of delicious meals.
