Pros:

Great, central location, spacious room with kitchen facing inner courtyard. Recommended for short stays.

Cons:

There's a bar right across the street that doesn't close until about 3am and sometimes it was too loud to sleep. Also, if you want your room cleaned, you have to put a sign on the door. Nobody cleaned my room the whole time I was there as I kept forgetting to put the sign out.
As there is no staff on site, check in was difficult as I didn't have WhatsApp on my phone and was unable to call them when I arrived. Unfortunately, the pool (located several blocks away) was closed during my stay.

Great studio in Zona Romantica
Pros:

Great location, incredibly efficient check in. I was granted early check in actually.
Candelaria, who is in charge of doing the job is the nicest and more efficient person, simply lovely.
I was granted with 20% discount at Azafrán restaurant, at the same complex and 20% discount at Saphire beach club, really really posh!

Cons:

Nothing at all.

Pros:

Loved our stay here at Olas Atlas Suites. What a great location in the middle of the action in Old Town/Romantica Zone. The suite is nicely appointed with a fully functional kitchen. Very roomy, comfortable bed, perfectly quiet in the bedroom when closed off from the activities going on outside.

Pros:

Me gustó mucho este hotel porque está en el centro cercas de todo el personal muy atento la señora de la limpieza una persona muy cálida y amable

Cons:

Solo no me gustó que no tiene elevador y subir las escaleras pues un poco cansado y luego nos tocó en el último piso cuando regresábamos de los antros un martirio jajaja pero todo lo demás exelente

I definitely recommend. Great walkable places too.
Pros:

Room was clean, daily room cleaning, nice staff (exchanged numbers first day to keep in touch with them), working AC/fans which where perfect to counteract the hot weather outside!

Cons:

No complaints :) A lot of other reviews said the club outside got too loud, but we actually never heard them be loud. We brought ear plugs but didn’t need to use them.
