Nice room and wonderful lobby service.
Breakfast was weak and way over priced with less than good wait staff.
We were pleasantly surprised to have a view of Mt. Rainier when the skies cleared. Easy walking distance to museums and restaurants. Close drive to Ruston Way parks and zoo. Nice safe parking garage with additional fee. Good sized room and happy to find one with a mini-fridge and microwave.
The elevator was slow.

Not good for walking, clothes and luggage storage is limited.
I wish I could remember the name of the woman working at the front desk. She was absolutely amazing. It was around 11:00 p.m., and she had so many people to take care of, yet she handled everything with a smile. She went above and beyond for every single guest and made everyone feel welcome.
She truly deserves to be recognized for the outstanding job she did, and I’m sure this is the level of service she provides every day.
It was so nice too to have a variety of snacks to buy.
The beds were also incredibly comfortable! 🙂
They provided a reduced "medical rate" when we needed to extend our stay. This can only be done when booking directly with them. We truly appreciated this. The employees were friendly and welcoming. Secure, gated on-site parking.
Parking was $18 per day. No hot tub or pool at this hotel. No breakfast included.
A great experience from beginning to end! Friendly and attentive staff members are definitely number 1!!! The accommodations were comfortable and welcoming and this Hilton's location was conveniently close to the weekend activities! Thank you!

Decent place
No breakfast included. When I booked it I thought breakfast was included. Then found out breakfast was $20 a person. Also parking was not included that was an additional $20 as well. Lots of little charges on top of the overpriced room.

The Hilton pet fees are excessive. For one night, no extras, our total bill exceeded $400. The hotel is nice, but not THAT great.

The room was very comfortable for a good price. I had a king size bed and there was a mini fridge and microwave in the room as well. Basic, but in a good way: everything you need.
It is not in the busiest part ot Tacoma and the surrounding area can feel a bit empty at night. (Though there are a couple restaurants right in the vicinity.)
