Pretty decent stay
Pros:

Very clean. Staff were attentive. Great coffee

Cons:

Slow elevator. Only one elevator working. The key cards quit working every day and needed to be reset. One morning coffee machines didn’t work for a while. They days get them working eventually

I hope they can do better next time!
Pros:

Close to the highway.
Free parking is available.
The room is spacious.

Cons:

The room was not clean the first day, the desk was still greasy and had marks from food.
There was a bug in my coffee machine.
They don't empty the garbage.
They didn't clean the room for 1 day....
Poor breakfast and not everything is available.

Comfortable but there are better values for the money in Richmond IN.
Pros:

The rooms are clean and comfortable and the breakfast was OK.

Cons:

Considering the location this is a little more expensive than it should be. On the basis of this stay we changed hotels for our return trip. The Best Western in Richmond was far better.

Pros:

Excellent hotel. Very clean. Very comfy beds/pillows. Staff was amazing and the breakfast was great. 10/10
