OBWOHL IN ZENTRUM DER STADT LIEGT, SEHR RUHIG.

Cons:

FUER EINE 4 STERNE HOTEL NICHT SO GUT. IN BAD SIND MEHERE MAENGEL ZU SEHEN UND DAS LICHT NICHT GENUEGEND - ALTE LAMPEN MIT ALTE GLUHBIRNE. DIE DUSCHKABINE NICHT DICHT.

Very Good hotel for visiting Cluj Napoca
Pros:

The hotel is located in the town’s center. Nice big and clean room. Breakfast is very good.. The private parking is essential in this area.. Carrefour express is nearby

Cons:

The light in the room is very poor. No elevator to the underground private parking

Eine bessere Vorabinformation wäre schön gewesen.
Pros:

An der belebten Hauptstraße kann man nicht halten. Deshalb haben wir hinter dem Hotel geparkt. Dort gibt es aber zum Glück eine Tiefgarage, über die wir leider erst beim Einchecken informiert worden.

Cons:

Wir waren recht spät, mussten vor Ort aber feststellen, dass beide Restaurants geschlossen waren.
Wir hatten die Zimmer mit Frühstück gebucht und bekamen eine Email , um unser Frühstück zu reservieren, was wir auch taten. Vor Ort stellten der Rezeptionist fest, dass wir das Frühstück doppelt gebucht hatten und beteuerte uns, das doppelte Frühstück zu löschen. Da es sich um eine automatische Email handelt, bekomme die jeder Gast. Beim Auschecken mussten wir aber darauf hinweisen, dass wir das Frühstück nicht extra bezahlen, weil es im Zimmerpreis inbegriffen ist.

Perfect stay!
Pros:

Very nice, very clean, good location, fabulous staff and delicious breakfast! Perfect stay, wish we were there longer! We had a room with an amazing view! Everything you'll ever need is in walking distance.
