Estadia pegadinha. Compre um corolla e receba um fusca.

Hotel pegadinha. Pelas fotos parece algo interessante. Na real, o hotel é uma sucata, sujo, velho, mal cuidado, café da manhã ruim, o cara pensa em pedir ressarcimento.

Localização e café da manhã.

Cons:

Instalações do hotel em estado deplorável, sofá da recepção todo rasgado, descarga do banheiro não funcionava direito. A cama não possui lençol com elastico protegendo o colchao mas tao somente um lençol fino por cima do colchão.

Pros:

Começando pelo super atendimento dos colaboradores do Local, em todos os horários começando pelo Italo.
O Quarto extremamente limpo, espaçoso e com uma excelente visão da cidade.
Um cafe da manhã muito bom.
Localização privilegiada , proximo de tudo que utilizamos fora do Hotel.

Cons:

Não observamos nada negativo em nossa estada.

O café da manhã é simples, as instalações também. Mas se o propósito é só um pernoite, vale o custo benefício.
Pros:

Como o nosso objetivo era ir para o Consulado americano, a localização foi o ponto mais positivo. Apesar de termos ido em um dia de chuva, chegamos muito rápido. Fica super perto.

Cons:

As instalações são bem antigas e a manutenção não é das melhores. Mas o quarto que ficamos era bem espaçoso com um banheiro grande e tinha um chuveiro excelente.
Para estacionar o carro tem que pagar uma diária de 30 reais, mas já estávamos cientes desse valor.

Cons:

Infelizmente o hotel faz uma cobrança, que ao meu ver, é indevida! Pois no meu caso, tinha vaga na garagem do hotel e me cobraram 30,00 reais para que meu carro pudesse ser estacionado . Ou seja, essa tal cobrança vai ser aplicada no valor real da diária...
