Verifiquem se tudo funciona antes do check-in, é muito desconfortável solicitar manutenção e trocar de acomodação.

Atendeu as minhas necessidades apenas.
Pros:

Gostei do espaço do café da manhã e o acesso da piscina com vista panorâmica do entorno e principalmente gostei do atendimento dos funcionários.

Da estrutura do prédio, a princípio não é convidativo área externa não é bem cuidada o hall social é escuro e os corredores internos onde dá acesso aos quartos também são, como o elevador tem pele de vidro e vista para o externo seria bom realizar manutenção constante, já no quarto em que me hospedei não é atrativo sem contar que meu guarda-roupa era aberto e nenhum pouco funcional, o banheiro não é ergonômico o vaso sanitário fica muito próximo ao box e o suporte de papel ficava atrás do lixo numa posição muito desconfortável, achei melhor retirar o rolo de papel para poder usar e o espelho estava trincado, referente as áreas de lazer as áreas de acesso restrito apenas a funcionários estavam abertos e sem identificação isso no salão de jogos e a academia não tem funcionalidade nenhuma com muito pouco espaço de mobilidade e equipamentos ultrapassados, minha sugestão é eliminar a academia e priorizar o salão de jogos.
