Hotel cancelou duas vezes a reserva. Utilizo o mesmo cartao para todas despesas, inclusive numa recente viagem a Fortaleza. Informou os funcionários da recepção que quem cancela é o booking e nao o hotel. No entanto recebi msg avisando que o hotel cancelou apos tentativas no cartão.

Cancelaram minha hospedagem, eu em trânsito para o local. Após 16hs de viagem descobri que estava cancelada.
O Atendente conseguiu reverter a situação com calma e conseguir ficar 1 dia lá e claro que o valor foi alterado tendo um impacto em nosso orçamento que tinha sido pensado no valor que estava no aplicativo.
