Pros:

Stayed one night. My credit card shows two withdrawals for the one night. I have tried to have the duplicate charge reimbursed to my card. This has been extremely frustrating.
I have emailed with proof. Called to follow up on three separate occasions and still no communication from them. Very disappointing and not what I would expect from a Relais and Chateau hotel. The double charge is very frustrating but the lack of response and communication from them is equally disappointing.

Very nice apart from the false fire alarm at 1.30am getting us out of bed in the middle of the night and no explanation to why?

Other than that staff very polite and helpful. Hotel lovely. Spa didn’t have enough loungers and water in jacuzzi was cold and steam room not working.

Beautiful property right at the Chateau de Chantilly entrance. Comfortable room with great hotel amenities such as pool, gym, and sauna. Walking distance to many restaurants and shops. Staff was kind and accommodating.
Gave suggestions for lovely running trails around the city.

The fine dining restaurant in the hotel is very poor, we had
the prime Rib " Rib of ile beef " and it was the worse dish i have ever seen and tasted, Not recommended at all.

Never have I ever been to a hotel with such professional and delightful staff. Every staff member we came across was beyond nice and beyond helpful. By far the nicest hotel I’ve been to. The restaurant was wonderful. The hummus crackers were amazing. Chantilly and Senlis were gorgeous to visit. We wish we could have stayed longer. We hope to come back. It was a wonderful place to spend the last 2 nights of our honeymoon. Again, we cannot express how welcoming the staff was. Thank you for a wonderful stay!
