It's very good but can do better.
Pros:

They provide Filipino food, Indian cuisine, dessert, and Western food; all in all, they are good, with many options. The hotel is near the main road, but maybe because the floor is high, very quiet. The shopping mall is near, can buy anything and many restaurants.

Cons:

It's been open for a long time, so the smell in the room is not good. No bottled water, even during housekeeping, no one will refill the water, you have to refill it by yourself. If you book the room online, the front desk won't actively provide an invoice (they only follow the hotel's rules, and they don't know that the online booking agent advised the customer to get the invoice from the front desk), unless you insist.

Pros:

The breakfast buffet was spectacular. They serve International cuisine. It exceeds our expectations. The staff were so nice and polite especially the restaurant team.They even washed our toddler's milk bottles every morning, that was so nice of them! The room view on the 25th floor was great at sunset and at night. Highly recommended!

Disappointing

Clean room, comfortable bed, good a/c

Cons:

Family of 4. We asked for a menu from the pool bar at 7pm. 2 staff gave us menus immediately then disappeared for 25 minutes. We couldn't get served and neither could at least 2 other guests. We went to another place. The staff at the pool seem to be plenty when there is few guests but disappear if they might have to serve someone!
Very stingy on coffee facilities in room.
We have stayed here on several occasions over the years previously but no more unfortunately.

Cons:

Front desk service! OJTs should not speak or decide, coz staff told to my wife Ma'am sorry po kase OJT po kase sila. They gave my wife rooms with incomplete room service no towels no hair dryer, we used to stay here (crimson before now Quest) i always make a feedback, i was there last January 2026 OJTs also assisted me i have no problem with people as a Doctor i am very strict when it come to service! OJTs are there to learn with regular employees not OJTs alone!
