Location; reception staff who were very helpful and friendly.

Cons:

Housekeeping cleaned our room only once during the four nights that we stayed. I don't mind nor changing the towels, but at least the room needs cleaning.

The visit memorable. Sir Rhon in cafe 8, Jericho at deck bar, Lucho the pool guard, Armin in executive lounge by my favorite room 2801. Ralph and Ericka at front desk along with Sophie. Baker J team and Alibi team always make my visit memorable. I’ll be back very soon. What a let down
Pros:

The pool

Cons:

The hotel ripped me off, going back on their word about reinstating a room for a nominal fee, then on the day they charged me the full day rate. This was agreed through Booking.com customer services, and even they have let me down. I have complained 3 times about this to Booking.com and received no help whatsoever. I will never stay at this hotel again, and won't be using Booking.com either!
