Good
Pros:

I called in several occasions both the Reception and Housekeeping and they did not respond.

Cons:

Either fix the phones or ask the staff to answer it.

Wir versuchen wieder zu kommen.
Pros:

Das Frühstück war wieder super.

Cons:

Ich mag keine Automaten statt Menschen an der Rezeption.
Leider gab es um 17 Uhr beim Einchecken eine Verzögerung, da das Zimmer nicht fertig war. Ein kostenloses Upgrade, wie wir es anderswo schon bekamen, wäre nett gewesen. Auch die nette Sitte eines Begrüßungsgetränkes gibt es nicht mehr.
Natürlich braucht man das nicht, aber so was bleibt im Gedächtnis.

Das Fenster im Zimmer 2227 war mit Klebeband zu gemacht und ließ sich nicht öffnen.

Eine Veranstaltung draußen mit ohrenbetäubendem Bässen weckte uns frühmorgens und war den ganzen Tag zu hören. Dafür kann das Hotel nichts, stört aber den Gast.

快適で安心の高級ホテル
Pros:

大きなモール近くでロケーションはとても良いです。道路下の通路を使えば、車道を横断せずに買い物や食事に行けます。設備や仕様に優れた高級ホテルですが、ディスカウント価格で宿泊できたのでお得感もありました。入口の守衛さんを含め、スタッフは皆フレンドリーで快適でした。セキュリティーもしっかりして、安全安心なホテルです。

Cons:

シャワーの水量が若干弱い気がしました。日本が水に恵まれていることを再認識しました。

Pros:

the room was clean, and eco-friendly - there were no plastic bottles but rather a jug that could be refilled at the same floor.

Cons:

The hotel was overcrowded on the day - apparently they were hosting a high school prom, so we had to wait until 15:40 to get checked in (promised time was 15:00). Instead, the staff allowed us to check out a bit later.
