The ambiance ,the staff they are all accomodating,They always smile and greet us.I really love our stay.will definetly go back again.

Cons:

Some existing stains on the Bed right after we arrive we check the beddings and it has stains already.We dont have any Bathroom stuff like toothbrush,toothpaste or any vanity kit in the room.knowing it is 5star hotel we dont have a room slippers and bathrobe.but we really enjoyed our stay.

Amazing 10 days stay!
Pros:

I would consider this hotel as my favorite place to stay whenever I visit the Philippines. I've stayed 4x now and I must say I love how consistent they are with their service. From staff at the reception, housekeeping, dining & security - top notch!
Next, location. It is within walking distant yo everything. I can easily go to the malls & groceries to shop,restaurants to dine with family & friends, or easy access to the main road to reach the airport or nearby attractions. Thank you for assigning me the room with amaxing view of Laguna Bay. It was relaxing to wake up to the view. I had the chance to use the pool. It can get busy during the weekends and so is Cafe Eight. I enjoyed every memory I had eating my breakfast there every morning. Also loved the massage service. The water refilling station on each floor is so convenient. I also love that they use toiletry dispenser to save from all plastic packaging.

Cons:

If there are few things I want to mention that needs improvement , it will be their television. It is outdated, y'all need to switch yo smart TV. Internet can get spotty sometimes.

First time to stay at Quest, it was a surprisingly memorable and great stay! Will be back!
Pros:

Service and hospitality are very consistent - they have their guests as top of mind! Breafkast was a surprise, value for money!

Cons:

Too many interns, perhaps line them up in non-guest interfacing roles unless they are ready. I’ve got a quite ave experience being passed on at the front desk and reception.
