I recently had a wonderful stay and would like to commend the team, especially at the Club Lounge, for making my visit truly memorable.
The Club Lounge experience was absolutely exceptional. A special thank you to Arman, Juz, and Chef Kim for their outstanding service. Arman deserves particular recognition for consistently going the extra mile to assist me with all my breakfast needs. He was attentive, proactive, and genuinely committed to ensuring I had everything I needed. His effort and warm hospitality made a big difference in my overall experience. Juz was equally accommodating and friendly, while Chef Kim prepared delicious breakfast selections with great attention to quality and presentation.
The atmosphere in the Club Lounge was welcoming and relaxing, making it a perfect place to start the day.
However, I feel there is room for improvement at Cafe Eight. While the food was satisfactory, the service could be enhanced. Some of the staff and waiters appeared to have a bit of an attitude and were not as attentive as expected. With better customer service training and a more welcoming approach, the experience at Cafe Eight could certainly match the high standards set by the Club Lounge team.
Overall, it was still a great stay, largely thanks to the exceptional hospitality at the Club Lounge. I look forward to returning and hope to see continued improvements across all dining outlets.

Great experience overall. Check-in was smooth and efficient, with friendly staff who made the arrival process quick, welcoming accomodating from Ms. Keerie. The food service was equally impressive — meals were well-prepared, served promptly, and the staff Mr. Aman attentive throughout. Both the front desk Ms. Lovely and dining team Chef Kim and Chef Lorea provided excellent service that made the stay enjoyable.

We booked here on Valentine’s weekend which coincided with a national teacher’s conference and a big race day around the area.
Even if they were full, they were still able to deliver a great experience.
The hotel's location is excellent, conveniently near malls. Everyone we met was so friendly! Special thanks to Arman for always checking in to see if we need anything. Rafael and Curby helped us capture memorable moments by the pool. Shout out also to Jude, Patricia, and Juz for making our stay truly memorable and enjoyable.
