The pool
The hotel ripped me off, going back on their word about reinstating a room for a nominal fee, then on the day they charged me the full day rate. This was agreed through Booking.com customer services, and even they have let me down. I have complained 3 times about this to Booking.com and received no help whatsoever. I will never stay at this hotel again, and won't be using Booking.com either!
