Location is good.
Hotel is clearly outdated and needs some desperate maintenance work. The room looked as if it had been empty for a year. The bed was dirty and dusty, hairs on the bathroom floor, toilet was leaking, and generally just dirt and dust everywhere. Staff didn't even acknowledge you when walking through the door.
This is a very central location to most tourist attractions in BSB and super easy to find. The hotel is clean, comfortable and has daily room service. We were welcomed warmly by the friendly receptionist who kindly helped us orientate to BSB and get the most out of our time here. Our room was spacious with a huge window and view. Very pleased with everything here. We highly recommend this hotel as an affordable, hospitable, comfortable option.

Bon emplacement dans le centre et navette gratuite entre l’aéroport et l’hôtel. La chambre était confortable, très calme, il y a une bouilloire, des bouteilles d’eau, du café/the. Salle de bain grande et assez propre dans l’ensemble, la chambre est faite tous les jours. Un très bon rapport qualité/prix. Petit déjeuner dans le café à la réception de l’hôtel. Supérette à la porte d’à côté. N’hésitez pas à réserver.

O quarto tinha o essencial para uma estadia confortável. Além do básico, tinha frigorifico, uma mesa e uma cadeira, Todos os dias era limpo e forneciam duas garrafas de água. A localização do hotel é boa, próximo de algumas das atrações turísticas e de um centro comercial onde há restaurantes e um supermercado.

The location is great and the service of the employees there is FANTASTIC. The people who work there are increidbly polite and friendly and helpful.
The bathroom and bedroom had an odour of mold. The rooms weren't that clean. The bed was not comfortable. It had these wheels under them that made the bed slide every time you moved on the bed.
Sofi, the receptionist, was amazing and accommodating. The location was also great and the breakfast is with vouchers at the kopitiam at the ground floor.
The place is rather old, so adjust expectations.
There's only two plugs in my room that I could see, only near the bed and behind the ref, none for the study table and they didn't have an extension for guests to use.
Bed is surprisingly short (I'm 168cm tall, and when lying down sometimes my foot exceeds the bed).
