Like other reviews suggest - the hotel is definitely is in need of a renovation so everything is just slightly deteriorated but not to a major extent and everything is still functional.

Terrific budget place, well run in a great location. A find in HKG at this price.
Pros:

This is a bare-bones, basic place, but it's excellent. VERY small room, but that's not uncommon in HKG. It was clean, comfy, the shower and wifi were excellent, excellent A/C unit, my little room had a window and balcony (unusual for HKG at this price ) and the location in Mongkok is great, very handy to bus and metro. Staff very helpful and efficient. It's a cheapie, but it's a very good one. If you're OK with basic, small rooms this is a winner. I'd stay again for sure.

Cons:

There could have been one more little bit of furniture to put things on, or a few extra hooks to hang things. But it's tough because it's a small room, so I understand, but there aren't many places to put things. It's a small thing.

Das Personal ist eine 10/10, sehr sehr freundlich. Gratis shuttle zum Flughafen tagsüber. Preis Leistung ist super!

Cons:

Dass das Hotel etwas älter und die Möbel abgewohnt sind, habe ich erwartet ABER der Fußboden (Teppich) war sehr sehr schmuddelig! Wurde anscheinend seit Monaten nicht gesaugt, Haare, Dreck und Müll lagen überall auf dem Boden - schade!! Ansonsten hätte ich mit 9 anstatt 7 gewertet.

Location and staff. Beds were fine, we slept well

Cons:

Rooms were dirty and the walls had mould growing. The rooms smelt of damp. We booked 2 rooms and they were both the same. Carpeted were dirty, tiles were broken, grout had mould growing.

Solid Hotel for a Weekend Trip
Pros:

Free Airport-Shuttle is a big plus. Otherwise I decent business hotel. Breakfast is prepared from a cafe/restaurant in the same building. You can choose directly from the menu.
Location is great, most sights can be accessed by walking.

Cons:

Hotel is getting old especially the carpets in the room, but good enough for a short stay.

A wonderful stay!
Pros:

Posh hotel with nice people. They also have complimentary airport shuttle as well. The rooms are spacious and have a bath tub, fridge, strong Wifi. Everything is very comfortable here. You can also have a la carte breakfast downstairs too. There is also plenty of parking slots and you don’t need to reserve your car. Overall a wonderful experience, thank you very much!

Pros:

Pros:

The staff was friendly and keen to help. At night it sounds like you are somewhere in the countryside, not in the city. Comfortable bed.

Все в пешей доступности: набережная и центральные объекты. В соседнем здании хорошая кофейня

К персоналу вопросов никаких: чудесные и отзывчивые. Помогут, подскажут, такси вызовут

Cons:

1. Пора бы освежить ремонт
2. Получше прибрать и оттереть стены, хорошенько проветрить комнаты
3. Стеклопакетов нет, поэтому было слышно о чем говорят в проезжающих мимо машинах (номер 311)
4. Вайфай не долавливал. После 23:00 совсем беда
