Hotel Galleria

가족여행으로 스위트 2베드룸으로 예약했다. 다른 편의시설은 특별히 없고 주차장도 좁고 1층 카운터옆에 생수정수기가 있는 정도. 방에 커피포트 없고 헤어드라이는 있음. 1월말에 내가 갔을 때는 1층 식당은 운영 안했는데 그때만 그런게 아닌 것 같았음. 근처 식당 걸어서 가면 되니 큰 문제 안됨. 나는 오전, 오후 액티비티 중심이라 말 그대로 잠 자는게 주된 목적이었음. 시설이 오래되어 화장실 냄새가 많이 남. 매일 룸클린을 요청해야 함. 2박은 3층. 2박은 2층이었는데 2층이 좀더 괜찮음. 침대는 단단해서 그나마 좋은 점이었음.

The room had stinky smell that smelled like maybe the toilet was not sealed properly. Also there was a sign that said not to put toilet paper in the toilet, so I I think the toilet was the culprit. Welcome to the third world.

Air con don’t work, not a clean room, staff not responding, it’s Hunted place .

The electronic charging system was good. Cuz there was many output holes.

I recommend this Hotel the room are so clean and the most important that all staff even the housekeeping is very hospitality. The room lock feel me that you are very safe...

There was dirt on the walls and the bed was hard as a rock,. The shower had a strong smell of sewage coming up from the drain .The bathroom sink leaked all over when you turned it on.Television has five channels, to Chinese, one green, one Japanese and one English. And all of these are simply taped on a 2 Hour Loop . One of the worst I’ve ever stayed at.

従業員は親切。でも、部屋はカビ臭く、シャワーも汚く、お湯もぬるい。車の音もうるさい。できれば、泊らないほうがいい。

일단 바로앞이 갤러리아 면세점, 아이러브사이판 건물이 위치하고 있음
렌트카를 빌리지 않았다면 피에스타에 경우는 그냥 캐리어 끌고 슬슬 걸어갈수 있음
한국 모텔이라고 시설은 생각하면 됨, 샤워부스에 비치된 샴푸도 미장센이었음
새벽비행기로 도착한다면 왠만한 리조트들이 얼리체크인이 안되기 때문에 20~30 쓸돈으로 렌트카 빌리고 이런 숙소 잡는것을 추천함

호텔위치가 가라판에 있어 다니기 편리하였습니다. 호텔 관리는 보통수준이며 짧은 여행에 무리없이 다니기 좋았습니다.

코 앞이 기념품 샵과 갤러리아 면세점이라 쇼핑하기에는 엄청 편리했습니다.

마이크로 비치를 끼고 있는 하얏트나 피에스타에 비해 숙박 시설 수준은 조금 떨어지지만, 머무는 데에는 크게 문제 없었습니다.

샤워기 수압이 조금 약했던 것을 제외하면, 전반적으로 무난한 호텔이었습니다.

I'm one for hotel on a budget but this hotel did not live up to that. The air conditioning smelled like mold, used slippers, shampoo, and conditioner are provided for guests, and you aren't supposed to flush toilet paper down the toilet. But above all, I worried about my safety. The day I checked in, a man was sitting in the lobby. When I got my key and opened the elevator, he ran up the stairs. Worried about my safety, I waited downstairs for him to come back down, which was about ten minutes later. I took a picture of him and was told he's hotel maintenance. Two days later around midnight, my husband was standing near our hotel door and someone tried to open it from the outside. When he opened the door, it was that same man. When I checked out, I told the front desk attendant about my experience and suggested they wear uniforms or at least a pin that shows they are hotel staff but under no circumstances should they attempt to open a door so late at night when they know the guests are in the room. If safety is a concern when you travel, do not stay here.

Challenging. Bed is hard, parking space is very limited, no balcony, staff wasn't has much help. Cable tv was only in Asian languages

Very good location! But no hot water for shower

The front Desk Clerk Evelyn who works on the grave yard shift was very helpful and tried her best to accommodate our stay. She went above and beyond to make our stay a pleasant one. The other staff was okay.

It was good to stay in this hotel and their staff were so accommodating and friendly

Understand that my rating is based on the fact that this is a 3 star hotel. Great experience except for the parking. Staff and friends of staff will take up most of the limited parking. They'll move if you ask but you shouldn't have to ask everyday. The staff was phenomenal which made the stay so pleasant. The rooms were clean but I wasn't being picky. Would definitely recommend and will definitely return.

Pleasant if it wasn't for the smoke/bathroom odor of my room

Parking was not enough for guests. No hot coffee available. Bathroom gets wet after taking shower. Only Chinese channels on TV with very limited (one) English channel.

Looks OK from outside, but interior very nicely remodeled.
