Silver Sands Hide Away

Great stay for a week in Goa. Arrived early, room wasn't ready (which was understandable!), returned after a walk & luggage was in the room.
Staff were more than happy to assist with any request.
Breakfasts were amazing.
There were a couple of power cuts during my stay that was a bit annoying. Lucky the hotel has generators that kicked in after a few seconds!

The room was stinking when we walked in. Apparently the toilet doesn't have an exhaust. No good toiletries, really basic stuff.

Breakfast was decent. 15 mins walk to the Candolim beach.

Staff was responsive, but bad quality of rooms left a lot to be desired.

Staff is very welcoming. Breakfast is quite simple but OK (for me it was good enough and I didn't want to eat anything till evening).
There was an unpleasant situation when hotel staff entered my room and began cleaning the room without asking me while I was on the balcony because I forgot to lock the door and hang "Do not disturb" sign on it.

Lovely relaxing 9 days spent here. Really can't fault the place at all including the staff. The only negative comments I could say is that the wifi is terrible and breakfast has very minimal choice. These are tiny though compared to the positives it has to offer.

Arrived late, but the night staff carried out check-in and were very nice. They also went out of their way to accomodate certain requests regarding the room.

The hotel is considerably close to the beach and the main road, but tucked away well enough so as not to be noisy at night.

The staff are awesome. I learnt alot about the culture and the language from the staff during my short stay.

The amenities all round were great. All in all both the hotel and Candolim have left very positive sentiments with me.

Excellent hotel and staff..the rooms were ready before we reached the hotel and staff was all smiles all the time..Me n my fiancee share our birthday..so the hotel staff arranged for the cakes from her side with no hassles..No bad reviews for anything except sometimes the breakfast has a only varieties and I ended up eating just corn flakes and cereals..whereas my fiancee had my part too..hehe..but that is individual's choice. Overall an excellent stay..!!! Definitely going to be back there.. :)

Great location, close to local shops, tuk tuks available at the end of the road. Very friendly staff.

Loved the hotel- personable staff, close to beach. Loved the breakfast. Bed was extremely comfortable. Although, candolim beach is very touristy and we were tricked into buying beach chairs as tourists and wish we had the heads up that chairs should be free.

hotel was a perfect, but the location was not that good. staff was very friendly. they also have a good breakfast, front desk people are very nice and responsively giving feed back. the hotel i will be recommended to stay there.

breakfast is bad, swimming pool is too small, far away from the beach, wifi quality is bad, the enivronment outside of hotel is not good

8.OCCUPANCY IS VERY LOW GIVING A SENSE OF INSECURITY
9.THERE IS NO PARKING IN THE HOTEL AND IS IN A NARROW LANE. FINDING IT IS DIFFICULT

Impeccably clean and well managed 3 star with a decent pool. Went during the monsoons so looking forward to return during the summer.

The hotel is bear the main strip. They upgraded us to deluxe room free of charge which was nice. We faced some issues with water and the air conditioner which were promptly fixed. Location is good.

Great hotel if you can get a room. Would be very happy to stay again if in the area.

We enjoyed our stay, upon arriving the reception staff had no knowledge of our booking and the duration. That was irritating and unnerving....also they called a day before we were to book out and reprimanded us for still being in the room after check out time......We were not suppose to book out on that particular day. I voiced my irritation and went onto ignore them. lovely quiet location, fab pool !

Rooms are nice and comfortable. The hotel is located in a quiet alley just a few metres away from the main road. Breakfast options need to be looked at as we felt there was not enough choice. Freindly staff, nice pool and usual amenities offered

It was small cozy and good hotel, staff are very helpful and always ready to give good service, also most imp thing is they maintain high cleanliness and propery is near to candolim beach and all facilites and daily needs shops are also nearby.
We had taken self driven car for 3 days and we got a cool deal for Swift car.
Only negative part is complimentary breakfast which is not very attractive and options are also very limited, we didnt try dinner or lunch in hotel so cant comment on that.
Overall a nice stay for us..

Overall very pleasing experience. Rooms are very well maintained. Nice swimming pool.Vegetarian menu options are limited.
