Not very well cleaned rooms with an unpleasant smell.

El hotel se encuentra muy buen ubicado, el desayuno es bueno pero no tiene comida caliente, la habitación tenía alfombra con algo de olor, y tanto la pileta como el gimnasio solo
Hablen a partir de las 15 hs.

We only stayed about 20 minutes at this hotel before we left to stay in another hotel. The hotel is dated and run down and in a dreary downtown location. Not sure where they got pictures of trees outside the windows and the modern looking pictures must be from the 1980's. The icing on the cake was when my wife used the restroom and there was a used feminine hygiene product in the trash can.

Hotel cómodo y agradable. Ideal para tu visita a San Salvador.

Nos atendieron maravillosamente en recepción. La habitación y el desayuno excepcionales. Muy recomendable

Pour commencer, la personne de la réception me dit qu’ils ont pas de parking alors que si. Il m’ont dit qu’ils avaient un parking quand j’ai montré ma réservation en papier avec marqué parking. Les personnes de la réception ne parle pas anglais ce qui es lamentable pour un sois disant 4 étoiles.
Chambre sale, salle du petit déjeuner très sale (toile d’araignée, etc...).
La piscine n’est pas une piscine, jacuzzi non fonctionnel

El hotel es muy lindo y bien ubicado, las habitaciones grandes y cómodas y muy tranquilas, y el personal muy atento a solucionar cualquier problema menos el del desayuno ya que fue escaso en los 3 dias de alojamiento, con muy poca vajilla, sucio ya que había una sola persona para Todo, deberían poner más personal para una mejor atención ya que el desayuno fue lo único muy malo y también tuvimos que pedir los 3 días que nos trajeran las toallas y toallones pues decían que no alcanzaban.

Great service in English at the counter, clean , quite and comfortable.

Centrico,bien ubicado, habitaciones normales pero no de 4 estrellas (3 diría yo). No muy limpio solo andaba uno de los dos ascensores, y el que andaba no andaba bien la puerta. Resto normal como de 3 estrellas.

zentrumsnah, Zimmer bräuchte allenfalls eine Renovation, musste um 6.30 abreisen und hatte deswegen ein kleines Frühstück vereinbart. Dieses ging leider vergessen. Ansonsten ist das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

En gral muy bien
Es una lastima q no pongan manteles o similar en mesas de desayuno (solo en algunas)las mesas no siempre estaban limpias.

Good Hotel if you need to stay in Jujuy

Hotel more suited to business travellers and conventions, for tourists it's a fair distance from the central part of the city

El hotel está muy bien ubicado; es muy cómodo, habitación y baño amplios. Muy limpio.
En cuanto al personal, gente muy amable dispuesta a resolver todas las situaciones y proporcionar la mejor información.
Nos ayudó a que nuestras vacaciones sean geniales.

Unfortunately the service at this hotel was bad. The worst example was when the hotel reception staff sent the taxi away that I had arranged to take me to the airport. They told the driver I had left the hotel already, even though they still had my luggage stored near the reception desk, so I don't know how they could have made that mistake. Fortunately I didn't miss my flight, but it caused quite a delay and a lot of frayed nerves. The staff also woke me up with a wake-up call that was intended for a colleague, and were generally unhelpful and unresponsive to requests. The hotel is worn around the edges and isn't a good value for the money.

We had an unpleasant stay. Upon arrival there was no reservation and the gentleman at the reception that Sunday was quite unfriendly if not rude. I was directed with a waive of the hand to the rooms behind a door and no service was offered. I felt very unwelcome. Or was it because I had a backpack I received poor service? The room I was assigned had nothing to do with the description given by hotels.com. View on the city and balcony. I went to change it and got a room with 3 beds (triple). I had booked the hotel for its sap to end a week of hard work and lots of driving with a relaxing time, but the spa was not open on Sunday I was told, but I had particularly booked the hotel for it. I was quite disappointed. In the morning Breakfast was OK, with fresh fruits and juice, but staff was absolutely not attentive and had their coats from outside still on and reading the paper behind a buffet. The coffee was not hot, but what to expect if you do not plug the perculator in. No utensils were available until we asked. It seemed that supervision was not available or least inadequate.

Todo, ok, esmerada atención. Totalmente recomendable
