Not the cleanest.
Pros:

The bed was comfortable

Cons:

The lights were blinking in the bathroom, there was stains on the lamp shades, the hot tub and pool should have been cleaned better. Also the dresser was broken and one of the legs were broken under the bed. Then the staff just hanging around the bar while it’s closed. Not offering help to people checking food items out.

Although not perfect, the hotel staff made up for things. They were helpful.
Pros:

Breakfast was very good although most hotel chains offer free breakast.

Cons:

Carpets in the elevators have seen better days.
lamp on end table had loose plug in for charger...worried about starting a fire.
Bathroom although clean had rust spots on metal work.

Clean, comfortable …convenient and attentive!
Pros:

The staff was outstanding! Victoria, Brandon…Belinda and Sherry were awesome. It’s close to a nature trail and many amenities. I had only one issue and it was addressed pretty much immediately. They made me and my family feel like we were home. I have to specifically mention how great Victoria is at her job and attentive and kind she is. The hotel was especially busy that weekend and she treated us like we were her only customers. So happy we chose this hotel and I would recommend it to anyone not only looking for a place to stay but a home away from home. It was clean, comfortable and convenient! Definitely a 10/10.

Cons:

Like I said it was a 10/10 nothing to not like here.
