Good enough, but could improve the gym hours and facilities.
Pros:

Good location and good restaurant. Comfortable rooms,

Cons:

The Gym only opens at 06h30, which is very late for guests that need to work at 08h00. Gym should be 24 hours.
Gym is also very limited with very few equipment.

Fui cerca del final del desayuno y ya no habian algunas cosas como huevos y agua caliente, pero el personal amablemente nos dio agua.

Decepcionante
Pros:

Es mi cuarta vez que me quedo en este hotel: como dice que es "pet friendly" fui por primera vez con mi perrita que tenía un procedimiento veterinario. Avise con anticipacion y me respondieron del hotel que no habia problemas. Cuando llegué me dijeron que no tenían informacion de esto. Piden 100.000 pesos de garantía que cuando los fui a buscar a la salida de la estadía el niñato de la recepción no los encontraba. En fin, no dan ganas de volver.

Cons:

No tienen ni un platito para mascotas. Cuando pedimos uno, me dijeron despues de mucho rato "podemos ofrecerle una caja de carton"...PARA COMER? Donde queda lo pet friendly?
