La atención de las chicas del SPA, mala actitud y colocaron caras de desagrado al solicitar el spa y no pagar servicios de masajes

cama bien pero no excepcional.. Desayuno a buen nivel.

Cons:

Restaurante no funciona con carta completa los domingo, eso nadie lo informa. Para los que viajamos por trabajo es importante, pues de lo contrario hay que buscar alternativas para una buena cena.

Ya no es pet friendly, ojo. Rueguen que no haya un equipo de futbol porque se convierte en una carce

Me he quedado muchas veces en el Wyndham Pettra por su ubicación cómoda cerca del Mall Trebol y por ser pet friendly. Llegué tras reservar por Booking para alojarme con mi perrita (del tamaño de un gato mediano y perfectamente entrenada) y me encuentro con la atención ridículamente poco profesional del señor Dilan en conserjería que me dice "desde AYER ya no somos pet friendly"
Le digo que no hay nada en la pagina, ningun aviso y en Booking sigue apareciendo como Pet-Friendly.
Me dice que tiene que llamar al gerente.
Me tuvieron de pie 20 minutos hasta que aparece otra mujer diciendo "mire por esta vez vamos a hacer una excepción"

La calefaccion y aire acondicionado de la habitación es pésima: o te mueres de frio o te cocinas. Hay que llamar a conserjería para que te lo regulen, suerte si te contestan.
Ademas estaba alojado el plantel de la UC y para entrar al hotel habia un control de identidad carcelario.
