Reservei pelas fotos do anúncio, mas não tem nada a ver com as fotos.

Cons:

Banheiro ruim. Muita bagunça na recepção de pessoas falando alto, crianças correndo. Tive que deixar meu carro na rua pois não tinha vaga no estacionamento do hotel. Café da manhã razoável.

Muito decepcionante e cara

Foi muito decepcionante

Cons:

Enviei uma mensagem avisando que eu tenho dois pets de pequeno porte (o hotel faz marketing de que é pet-friendly). Perguntei se havia custos extras. Responderam pelo Booking que não havia. Chegando lá, me cobraram um quarto inteiro á mais! Cada pet precisa estar em um quarto separado do outro. Ou seja, tivemos que, de última hora, pagar um quarto extra para nossa família sem aviso antecipado. Eu teria buscado outro hotel se soubesse. O quarto extra de última hora nos custou mais de 400 reais. Nossa estadia custou o dobro do que havíamos antecipado! Além disso, fomos tratados de forma mal-educada pelos funcionários aí presentes na noite que chegamos, cansados e sem saber que a mensagem que haviam enviado pelo Booking para nós sobre os pets não era a verdade. Foi péssimo.
