Cons:

O quarto está precisando de uma super renovada, antigo, cheio de problemas e com catinga de mofo. O café da manhã é uma decepção, nenhum item estava gostoso.

Pros:

Atendimento dos funcionários da recepção. Muito simpáticos e educados.

Cons:

Os quartos precisam de manutenção urgente. Móveis velhos, madeira soltando, canos expostos. Aparência de abandono e sujeira.
Um dos elevadores é minúsculo. Mal cabem duas pessoas com uma mala cada. Como só pernoitamos, deu pra levar.
Mas se fossem mais dias, certamente não ficaríamos.

Hotel muito velho, instalações degradadas. Elevadores muito lentos e não dão conta da demanda quando o hotel está cheio. O café da manhã é muito ruim. O ambiente é ruim, e a comida é péssima.

Meu quarto um pouso sucateado (802), porta do banheiro não fechava, água do chuveiro fraca, interfone não funcionava, pia do banheiro com água vazando, elevador com pouca capacidade para quantidade de hóspedes. Achei que falta manutenção no hotel.
