Pros:

Excelente localização, funcionários cordiais, tivemos problema com o colchão, mas após solicitado, foi trocado. Passei meu aniversário durante a estadia e fui supreendida com um mimo no quarto quando voltei do passeio. Eduarda, da recepção, muito atenciosa e a equipe do café, também bastante prestativos.

O colchão estava bastante ruim e pedimos para trocar; é um hote, antigo, necessita reformas, modernização e troca de mobiliário, principalmente o colchão, que verificamos na etiqueta que tinha mais de dez anos de uso,
