The hotel is very nice, with excellent facilities and a great overall atmosphere.
Pros:

The hotel’s location is excellent. The room was very spacious, featuring a beautiful bathroom and modern facilities. Having the TV sound available in the bathroom is an interesting and enjoyable touch. The late check-out time (12:00) is very convenient, with nice breakfast selection.

Cons:

Our stay was pleasant, but there is still some room for improvement in communication with guests. It would be helpful if basic information such as the breakfast location, garage access, and check-out details were explained upon arrival. The parking procedure was also a bit inconvenient, as I had to complete the paperwork before being allowed to enter the garage. At breakfast we asked for tea, which unfortunately never arrived. It would also be helpful if the breakfast items were labeled, indicating what is being served (for example, the types of cold cuts or cheeses, the kind of meat, and which options are vegetarian). With a little more attention to these small details, the overall guest experience could be even better.

Trotz sehr kleiner Mängel absolut zu empfehlen.
Pros:

Zimmer modern, ansprechend, groß. Frühstück ausreichend, vielfältig. Lage sehr gut, direkt am Stadtkern, Outletcenter fußläufig zu erreichen.

Cons:

Safe im Zimmer verstaubt. Personal beim Frühstück unaufmerksam: benutztes Geschirr wird nicht abgeräumt, keine Nachfrage ob man z.B. noch einen Kaffee möchte.

Nice location. Close to the outlet center. If you are here for shopping, it would be cosy to stay over here and have a brunch in the hotel next day.

My room is by the street, not sound-proof. But it doesn't matter too much, as the district is usually quiet.
