While not the most expensive hotel in that area, I can't imagine anything any better.
Pros:

Large well appointed room. Everything was clean and in excellent condition. Right across road from St Jacobs Market. Lots of great restaurants nearby.

Pros:

My Room was very clean and the sheets were very crisp and clean.
I asked for an extra blanket, and a very polite staff came and brought it to me very quickly.

Cons:

Although my room was very nice. I was awoken early in the night to a very loud argument next door to me. It seemed the male was very drunk and yelling at his spouse. This went on for a few hours.

Overal impression is very positive. Some of service desk people need to be trained in soft skills more.

Good explanation and answer on my questions at service desk.

Cons:

When I called the property one day before my booking, the conversation with service desk person (man) seamed very disrespectful from his side. It felt like the persons doesn’t want to help and understand the matter of call, just wanted to finish conversation as fast as possible. It built very bad impression about the hotel. It changed next day when I came for my stay and talk to different person.

This was a romantic weekend getaway for us and we couldn’t ask for a better location
Pros:

Location, comfortable beds and pillows, pleasant and helpful staff, nice breakfast, too!

Cons:

Shower was a bit tricky to use/figure out and water pressure wasn’t great but shower was clean and had everything we needed.
