Cons:

Η εμπειρία μας στο Hotel Vasanta ήταν απογοητευτική και μας άφησε πολύ αρνητική εντύπωση από τη διαμονή μας στη Βαρκελώνη.

Το δωμάτιο που μας δόθηκε δεν είχε καμία σχέση με τις φωτογραφίες της καταχώρησης. Παρότι η κράτηση αντιστοιχούσε σε δωμάτιο 1ου ορόφου, στην πραγματικότητα επρόκειτο για χώρο με αίσθηση υπογείου: χωρίς καθόλου φυσικό φως, με πολύ κακό αερισμό και έντονη μυρωδιά κλεισούρας/υγρασίας. Το περιβάλλον ήταν ανθυγιεινό και αποπνικτικό, σε σημείο που δεν μπορούσαμε να παραμείνουμε άνετα στο δωμάτιο.

Αξίζει να σημειωθεί ότι πληρώσαμε περίπου 130€ τη βραδιά, χωρίς καμία ένδειξη ότι το δωμάτιο θα ήταν τέτοιου τύπου. Οι φωτογραφίες της καταχώρησης είναι παραπλανητικές και δεν αντικατοπτρίζουν την πραγματικότητα.

Ζητήσαμε αλλαγή δωματίου, όμως μας ενημέρωσαν ότι υπήρχε διαθεσιμότητα μόνο για μία βραδιά. Για την τρίτη βραδιά δεν υπήρχε καμία λύση, με αποτέλεσμα να αναγκαστούμε να αναζητήσουμε άλλο κατάλυμα και να πληρώσουμε επιπλέον περίπου 150€ για τη διανυκτέρευση.

Παρόλο που έγινε αίτημα μέσω Booking για επιστροφή χρημάτων για τις υπόλοιπες νύχτες, το κατάλυμα δεν το αποδέχτηκε λόγω της πολιτικής μη επιστροφής χρημάτων. Ωστόσο, το πρόβλημα δεν ήταν αλλαγή γνώμης, αλλά το γεγονός ότι το δωμάτιο δεν αντιστοιχούσε σε αυτό που είχαμε κλείσει.

Όσον αφορά το προσωπικό, η αντιμετώπιση ήταν τυπική αλλά χωρίς ουσιαστική διάθεση επίλυσης. Μας ειπώθηκε ότι θα υπάρξει επικοινωνία από τη διαχείριση, κάτι που δεν συνέβη ποτέ. Η πρόταση να επιστρέψουμε στο μέλλον με “καλύτερη τιμή” ήταν τουλάχιστον άτοπη, δεδομένης της εμπειρίας μας.

Ως θετικό, το δωμάτιο ήταν εξοπλισμένο (πετσέτες, μπουρνούζια, σίδερο, νερά κ.λπ.), όμως αυτό δεν αντισταθμίζει σε καμία περίπτωση τις βασικές ελλείψεις σε συνθήκες διαμονής.

Πήγαμε για λίγες μέρες διακοπών και περιμέναμε μια στοιχειωδώς ευχάριστη εμπειρία, όμως φύγαμε με απογοήτευση. Δεν θα το επιλέγαμε ξανά και δεν το προτείνουμε.

Mijn Barcelona Marathon was niet zo soepel verlopen als het niet voor de hotel was.
Pros:

Ik was in Barcelona om deel te nemen aan de Barcelona Marathon. Victor, de host bij de receptie was super vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Ik kon eerder inchecken, de kamer was super schoon (en elke dag op tijd schoon gemaakt), ruim opgezet en perfecte indeling. Ook qua locatie voor de Barcelona Marathon was het perfect, 6min lopen van de start en 7min van de finish.

Pros:

I liked that there was a small coffee machine and also a small water kettle to boil tea. I really like that there was a bathrobe and slippers in the closet and that the bathroom had shampoo, body lotion and also two brand new toothbrushes. Thanks!

Todo fantástico
Pros:

Disfruté mucho de mi estancia. Es un lugar muy silencioso, perfecto para descansar bien. También me encantó la bañera de hidromasaje. La habitación era muy amplia y con muchos detalles que superaron mis expectativas.

El personal fue súper amable. Cuando llegué, Víctor me dio un mapa y se tomó el tiempo de recomendarme varios sitios para visitar, lo cual agradecí mucho.

¡Muchas gracias por todo! Sin duda repetiré.

Good value for a short business like stay
Pros:

The room was spacious, nice, clean and well maintained. The location is superb and the staff is friendly.

Cons:

The bed lining felt cheap and somehow not very comfortable. The hotel was a little too noisy. One morning the shower had only cold water and they suggested that we didn't know how to use it

Pros:

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff was extremely friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with anything we needed. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the bed was perfect for a good night’s sleep.

The location is also a big advantage – everything is relatively close, which makes getting around the city very easy.

What I appreciated the most was the calm and pleasant atmosphere of the hotel. After a long day of exploring the city, it was the perfect place to relax. Overall, the stay exceeded my expectations and I would definitely come back. Highly recommended.

Cute authentic intimate boutique hotel
Pros:

The hotel surpassed expectations, and then some. I booked it quickly as we needed an extra night in Barcelona as we missed our flight. I thought 'ah it looks ok, 3-star, perfect that will do'. On arrival I was shocked! Gorgeous, boutique, intimate lobby. We were warmly greeted by the brilliant Victor who allowed us to check into our room early (which was so welcomed, given we'd missed our flight that morning). The room shocked us. Firstly, I loved that it didn't follow the typical hotel 'box-style' layout, instead as you walked in there was a marble style step up into the room, with a long bedroom, with the bed at the back end and even a sofa and dressing table. To the right were the bathroom and toilet facilities; with a separate toilet room and then a full bathroom suite, with a beautiful bath jacuzzi, spacious rainfall shower and sink.

Cons:

Hard to answer as the experience was so brilliant but, if staying for longer than a few nights I think the fact there's not sunlight through the window would get to me. There were two square shaped (good-sized) windows, one in the bedroom, the other in the bathroom - both of which opened fully. But they looked onto a light well / internal well, and we were floor 1, so didn't get much daylight, if at all. Given I was on a city break, getting up early and heading out, I can cope with this. And would happily stay there again. But if there for longer or for work etc. then I would likely book a different type of room.

Ottimo soggiorno
Pros:

L’hotel è piccolino e molto raccolto: si trova in una posizione fantastica, a 5-20 minuti a piedi da quasi tutti i siti più interessanti e, in ogni caso, è collegato benissimo con i mezzi pubblici per raggiungere i posti più lontani. La camera (molto bella e funzionale) era già pronta al nostro arrivo alle 10.30 e lo staff che abbiamo incontrato all’accoglienza è stato gentile, solare e disponibile!
