Estava quase tudo ótimo.

Cons:

Só o que não me agradou é que o estacionamento coberto era distante e com certa dificuldade de acesso, devido ao caminho ser estreito.

Pros:

Espaço kids muito bom, a equipe de "tios" foi ótima no trato com as crianças e com nós adultos, só os video games que não estavam funcionando.
Espaço de jogos bem legal também ! Piscina também deu para aproveitar, melhor ainda se fosse térmica :)
Gostamos também do café da manhã, excelente, variedade bem interessante, muito bem servido.

El desayuno es excelente , la ubicación es muy buena .
Pero lo que mas se destaca es el espacio para los chicos !!

Cons:

No me gusto que se cobre el estacionamiento , fuimos en otras ocasiones a Gramados y no fue así

Estava bom, mas ao mesmo tempo com contratempo

Espaço kids e localização

Cons:

Não fomos bem recebidos na chegada, conservação do quarto (mesa quebrada), não fizeram o que conversamos por mensagem(pedido solicitado), o quarto não era o que reservamos

Pros:

Quartos grandes e café da manhã muito bom, atendente do espaço kids muito atenciosa e simpática.

Cons:

Demora para dar entrada no hotel quase 40 minutos ja em atendimento e no espaço kids que tinha grande propaganda tinham vários brinquedos estragados ou desligados, cama elastica estava em manutenção, os vídeo games todos sem funcionamento, mesas de jogos desligadas, esperava bem mais.

Excelente custo beneficio.
Pros:

A area Kids é excelente, grande, com muitas opções e com equipe de recreação. O café da manhã é muito bom.

Cons:

A piscina fica no area externa não estava quente o suficiente, como bate vento parece que a agua está fria.
