Pros:

Hotel muito bom, para as crianças incrível, café da manhã excelente!

Cons:

Falta de atenção em resolver problemas. Ao carregar as bagagens do quarto para o checkout o funcionário esqueceu uma bagagem no quarto e para resolver o hotel se isentou em solucionar, ignorou as mensagens enviadas e falhou na comunicação, única reclamação.

os quartos mais caros sao otimos, mas os mais baratos sao pessimos. Funcionarios sao cordiais. Destaque para a gerente Franchesca que solucionou contratempo.
Area kids é muito boa, mas precisa muito de novos equipamentos e recreacao melhor. cafe da manha é muito bom.

Hotel que um dia já foi bom. velho, precisando de grandes reformas em toda parte.... quartos, banheiros, piscina, elevadores, área kids, falta uma sauna, etc.
