Besonders schön war das Angebot von 24/7 Kaffee und Wasser. Die Pizzen im angegliederten Restaurant waren sensationell.

Charmantes Hotel inmitten der Lenzerheide
Pros:

Sehr zentral gelegen, äusserst freundliches Personal und sehr angenehme Hotel-Atmosphäre. Das Frühstück ist frisch und es fehlt an nichts.

Cons:

Der Balkon könnte etwas lieblicher und einladender gestaltet sein - das ist aber jammern auf hohem Niveau ;-)

Possibilità di un piccolo rinfresco con caffé, té e chiffer anche senza la colazione inclusa.
Letti comodi, staff gentile e stanze accoglienti.
Ad agosto sarà la quarta volta che soggiorneremo qui.

Völlig inkompetentes Verhalten, nie wieder Kurhaus

Lage ist gut, über Zimmer und Frühstück können wir nichts sagen, da wir die Unterkunft nicht bezogen haben

Cons:

Haben über Booking ein Doppelzimmer mit Option Haustier für unsere 13 jährige Belli gebucht, Beim Check in wurde uns gesagt, dass wir mit dem Hund ein Boutique Zimmer, was über das Doppelte gekostet hätte. Die Frechheit war das das Kurhaus bestanden hat, das wir die volle Stornierung, obwohl keine ausdrücklich Kartenvorauszahlung vorgegeben war. Konnten die Stornierungsgebühr abwenden. Finde eine absolute Inkompetenz.
