Völlig inkompetentes Verhalten, nie wieder Kurhaus

Lage ist gut, über Zimmer und Frühstück können wir nichts sagen, da wir die Unterkunft nicht bezogen haben

Cons:

Haben über Booking ein Doppelzimmer mit Option Haustier für unsere 13 jährige Belli gebucht, Beim Check in wurde uns gesagt, dass wir mit dem Hund ein Boutique Zimmer, was über das Doppelte gekostet hätte. Die Frechheit war das das Kurhaus bestanden hat, das wir die volle Stornierung, obwohl keine ausdrücklich Kartenvorauszahlung vorgegeben war. Konnten die Stornierungsgebühr abwenden. Finde eine absolute Inkompetenz.

Ein sehr nachhaltiges Hotel. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, auch an der Bar und im Restaurant. Hervorragende Pizza. Die Lage ist ideal, nur wenige Schritte von der Bushaltestelle nach Chur entfernt. Ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für Bergwanderungen. Preis/Leistung.
