In una vecchia struttura mal gestita e del personale maleducato
Cons:

Arriviamo tutto il piano compresa la stanza che era fredda. Riscaldamento solo per mezzo di fan coil il mattino dopo ci alziamo per andare a fare la colazione torniamo dalla colazione quando ancora dovevamo prepararci ma la stanza era già fatta quindi abbiamo dovuto utilizzare gli asciugamani del giorno dopo Oggi invece a colazione c’era una sola persona che si divideva tra cucina, caffetteria e servizio ai tavoli, per cui il servizio pessimo tra l’altro le risposte dello staff erano tutte arroganti e poco rivolte al cliente

Pros:

La ubicación en lo más alto del pueblo con vistas al lago. El restaurante con horno de pizza a un precio increíblemente barato. El desayuno también muy bueno. El personal fue muy amable conmigo. El pueblo es muy tranquilo y el entorno es privilegiado. Lo recomiendo

We liked the location and the breakfast

Cons:

We didn't like the fact that they told us the hotel would close at 2 am and no keys would be given to us. The toilette had an issue with the water recharging that kept making noise during the night. Told the staff in the morning who did not even apologise for the inconvenience. We asked for a lake view and we were in a 9 metres room facing just the opposition side.
