El aire acondicionado era demasiado fuerte para el tamaño de la habitación. Pedí a mantencion que me ayudara a regular por si era un problema mio, pero no se pudo y tuve q dormir las 3 noches sin aire porq era muy fuerte. Además cuando llovía caía una gotera al lado de la cama q solucionaron con una sabana en el piso.... no quise pedir q fueran por la gotera del aire acondicionado porq ya sabia como arreglarían. Este hotel no es 4 estrellas como indica la descripción, no siquiera 3

Funcionários da cozinha sem empatia, alguns com ar de arrogância, quando liga a luz do banheiro um barulho desagradável de uma ventoinha que fica sobre a lâmpada, academia com equipamentos quebrados e limpeza ruim.
