According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years old cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If a minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it is necessary to present a written authorization for the minor to check into the hotel. Such authorization must be notarized and signed by both parents, and presented along with notarized copies of their IDs.

All minors under 18 years old also need to present a valid ID with photo, to prove their identity and that of his/her parents. This must be presented even if a minor is accompanied by his/her parents.

Gosto do espaço dos apartamentos, tamanho do banheiro . Quarto é muito confortável

Cons:

Aptos estão precisando ser renovados. Tudo aparenta estar meio gasto. Servido de café da manhã não foi muito bom. Restaurante barulhento demais.

Hotel barulhento, zero isolamento acústico, toda hora era acordado por alguém batendo porta dos quartos vizinhos. Os quartos estão definitivamente caindo aos pedaços, muito velhos. Valor alto pelo oque entrega.

Fiz minha reserva pelo Booking cheguei na recepção do hotel não tinha mais vaga, a responsabilidade por cancelar seria do hotel o atendentes nada fizeram e mandaram eu resolver com o Booking

Do Atendimento pois foi erro do Hotel que vendeu mais quarto que tinha pois a cidade tinha um evento e com certeza foi mais lucrativo para eles e jogaram a responsabilidade no Booking

Hotel bem localizado, possui quartos amplos e equipados com ótimo café da manhã !

O quarto é amplo e com janelas grandes, os armários são bons e no geral o quarto pareceu estar limpo . O banheiro tem bom espaço e é equipado. Equipe atenciosa e prestativa. O café da manhã é ótimo e tem muita opção !

Cons:

As acomodações não são muito modernas, há dúvida se as cortinas e os tapetes estavam limpos (as cortinas pareciam sujas pelas manchas) e há poucas tomadas disponíveis pelo quarto. Poderiam melhorar a iluminação do banheiro também.
