Good stay but the elevators need to be fully explained at check in

I did not like the elevator situation. It was not explained at all at check in ; that the elevators would get stuck and would not go to the lobby after 2100. It was very scary and a little inconvenient because you actually don’t know where to exit is especially being on the 3rd floor. Upon returning that night it was also even harder to figure out how to get to the third floor as it involved entering one building then exiting through an outdoor staircase as the lobby is not open at nights. There is also another an elevator that when you click 3rd floor it takes you up and opens to a closed door also very scary.
