Antica Masseria Martuccio

The construction of the thousand year old building was amazingly beautiful! The park like grounds are beautiful and peaceful. The staff was very kind and helpful. The bed was firm, like most beds in Italy. I have to say though the pillows were the worse pillows I’ve ever had to sleep on. They were fat hard rubber pillows. 😩

Trots att hotellet ligger ett stenkast från vägen, var det väldigt lugnt och tyst på området. Trevlig personal, bra service, fin pool och jättebra restaurang. Rekommenderar varmt.

Több száz éves, lenyűgöző épület, remek kiszolgálással, remek ételekkel, jó elhelyezkedéssel. A szobákból azonban minden hallatszik, még több szobával távolabbról is, ezen lehetne javítani.

Tutto benissimo e la masseria molto bella. Abbiamo soltanto due osservatori da fare: 1. L’acqua calda tarda molto ad uscire nel bagno della stanza, specialmente nella doccia. 2. L’alimentazione potrebbe essere meglio, i piatti non erano caldi.

Overnight stay close to Brindisi-Taranto highway. Set in farmland, but close enough to the highway to hear the noise of traffic but not oppressively so.. The property itself was furnished to a good standard and finishes were impressive. My room looked out over the pool which was beautiful. There was a lack of power points in the room, but the wifi worked. Huge property but quite empty due to the time of year. Probably comes to life in season.

The building

The best resort of my trip to Italy. All the staff are friendly and the resort is really comfortable, cozy and quiet. I felt the best relaxation.

Struttura che fa parte di una masseria del '600, belli gli spazi esterni e la sala dei camini.
Le camere sono spaziose con terrazzino e affaccio sulla piscina.
Personale cordiale e affabile.
La piscina non era molto pulita, la doccia e il pavimento esterno necessitano di lavori di manutenzione

Externally very beautiful structure, wonderful and clean swimming pool, the rooms need to be modernized and the mattresses are uncomfortable and old, unacceptable for a structure of this level, good breakfast.

Best place to stay and visit Puglia ! Very beautiful and comfortable hotel. The room with balcon, the swimming pool and the patio are very nice and charming. The people very nice and gentle, excellent service ! The meals also very good. It’s position, central very helpful to visit the cities and villages around, close to Mesagne, less than 1 hour of coast for the beach and for Alberobello, Ostuni, Lecce, Loco Rotondo, Cisternino… I truly recommend ! Thanks again for the kindness and service. Salve !

Breakfast and bed do not deserve the hotel to have 4 stars, 2 stars at most. Otherwise, everything else was great. Beautiful ambience. The hotel staff and the cleaners were very friendly.
