Unfortunately, nothing. The property did not meet the expectations created by the advertisement, and the entire experience was disappointing from start to finish.
The property was advertised in a misleading way. I booked expecting to use the hot tub, only to be told on arrival that I had to pay an additional fee which was not clearly disclosed when I made the booking. After I complained, the listing was changed.
The host was rude, dismissive and completely unwilling to resolve the issue. Rather than helping, she made the situation even more stressful and ruined my holiday.
The property itself did not meet the expectations created by the listing, the location was poor, and it was extremely poor value for money. The experience became so unacceptable that I felt I had no choice but to leave two days early and pay for another hotel so that I could continue my holiday elsewhere.
As a result, I lost over £300, and Booking.com only processed a £49 refund from the hotel. I have now been forced to pursue the remaining money through a PayPal dispute because neither the host nor Booking.com provided a satisfactory resolution.
I would strongly advise anyone considering this property to be extremely cautious and to take screenshots of the listing before booking. Based on my experience, I would never stay here again and cannot recommend it to anyone.

The pool area was amazing
Service a little.slow at times but it was really hot so understandable
Hosts were very happy to go out of their way to help. Breakfast was wonderful freshly cooked to order. Location was close enough to harbour and town but far enough away to be quiet at night.

The accommodation is spotlessly clean, the rooms are a good size and the hosts make you feel more than welcome. Everything we could have wished for and more.
Ian and Deb were so lovely and fun to chat with, and we really enjoyed our stay. The house was cute, full of good vibes, and in a great location. Everything felt welcoming and comfortable — we would happily stay again!

Good sized rooms and friendly staff. The pool was a godsend in 30deg heatwave. Booked because of the pool and didnt expect mich else. But breakfast was nice and kids enjoyed it

Perhaps could have been closer to the main part of town harbour and restaurants but there are bus stops nearby for the not so able bodied
Everything was good, but it would have been even more perfect if we had had the opportunity to eat lunch and dinner at the property, otherwise you have to order from somewhere else or go to the restaurant every time you are hungry.

Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Hosts, Ian and Deb were amazing and very helpful. Breakfast was fantastic with the best poached eggs ever. Nice pool and hot tub and an inexpensive bar.
