We ordered room service for our breakfast, breakfast was not great. We couldnt get coffe, because they had no cows milk !!! WE had bacon and eggs, with hash browns , sausages, the toast was soggy, sausages not very nice, and the value for money was poor

Most staff that i interacted with were awesome , some not so much , food and drinks were fine , but definately not 4 star quality

Cons:

No normal tv for almost the entire stay , when they did fix it , they lost it again , they blamed it on a faulty tower/network , so i checked with a couple of friends i know and also checked another hotel , nobody else had issues , so basically i was lied to , i also reported what looked like a blood stain on the curtain the moment i arrived , nothing was done at all for the entire time i was there , dont get me started on the internet/wifi quality , non- existent , stuck in 2G it seemed like ,was so slow loading anything was near impossible and if you did manage to load something it soon crashed , the 2nd elevator is still out of service , i see it was an issue for past 6 months minimum , sorry but doesnt take 6 months to fix an elevator , sliding door to get out to balcony was so hard to open (reported), def needs new wheels ,

Comfy bed and great location (walking distance to town and beach).

Cons:

It's overpriced for what's on offer. Rooms are dated and in-house services are woeful. Room service costs $7. If you want a dessert separate to your main meal you have to pay the room service fee twice. Our TV didn't work and we had to move to another room. As a comparison: We stayed at the Murray Street Novotel in Perth shortly after this. It was beautiful, really luxurious - and cheaper!
