Great amount of space for bigger families with everyone having a bed to themselves.
Pros:

Breakfast was decent.

Cons:

I understand this has nothing to do with the hotel, however crackheads screaming profusely outside our room evening - night made it hard to sleep and scary to go for a walk to check out the nearby restaurants.

Water was hot and bed comfortable. Staff let us check in early and check out late.

Cons:

Very old, view of 11 storey building from balcony, overpriced. Tv and wifi didn’t work. No proper air con/ heating.

Sadly, a Bunbury Icon that needs some TLC
Pros:

Hospitality staff are very good so too is the food.
Both dinner and breakfast wait staff were exceptional hosts and truly understand service.

Cons:

Front Desk, one person on and check in system seems VERY slow. Hotel is old and a little run down. Windows dirty, air conditioning vent dirty. I could not adjust central air conditioning to warm and shower cold in the morning. My colleague showered in the evening and said water was hot, perhaps system is inadequate for morning shower rush? Minibar is ridiculously expensive. I appreciate it is all about convenience, however those sorts of mark ups went out 25 years ago.

Disappointing
Pros:

Bed was ok

Cons:

TV was very hard to use. Free to air didn't work and subscription TV did not have enough bandwidth to run smoothly. Spend some money on it!! There was a high pitched whistle going on in the room until we figured out it stopped when the bathroom door was closed. And in the bathroom with the door closed this almighty gale blew in under the door making it very uncomfortable. So yeah a few problems but the beds were good.

They advertise a indoor heated pool, biggest reason why we booked this place, however it was freezing and so was the spa. Terrible!

Couldn't watch tv none of the programs would load up and I had no hot water during the night couldn't have a comfortable shower before heading out for dinner and even tho they were aware still go no discount ..I was a little disappointed this time staying
