The location is very good. Close to some great restaurants (try Mojo's Bunbury) and the Bunbury Region Entertainment Centre.
The undercover parking was very convenient.
For the premium hotel in Bunbury, we were disappointed that there is no EV charger for guest. We had to drive elsewhere to charge our car.
Great location - dare I say perfect location as you have the beach a short walk down the street, multiple lookout towers nearby and the entertainment centre around the corner. I liked the view from my room on the 4th floor. Nice hotel, comfortable temperature, good shower.
I didn't like that shaggy polyester cushions were placed against the pillows. They probably don't get washed between guests... gross! Can only imagine how much dust and crap are in them if they've been on the floor and what they've contaminated the pillows with.
I also didn't like that the room had a plastic kettle. It's 2026 and the harms of heated plastics releasing VOCs and microplastics has been known for around 2 decades. It's lucky I brought my own.

Staff accommodating and friendly.
Bathroom needed deep clean, breakfast selection basic and it appeared that powdered egg was used to make the scrambled eggs.
Coffee from an airpot thermos was weak and bland. Average offerings otherwise. The breakfast was not worth the $35.00 set price.
Design of the building makes it very noisy in the public areas and dining room over the weekend.
We chose to eat breakfast and dinner out on the weekend. Stayed there friday - sunday.
Convenient and friendly
The wind noise being sucked under the room door.
Centre of the city so it was a good location. The evening meal the breakfast next morning were very good. The staff were friendly and professional and made us welcome.
They didn’t have our booking on arrival so we got put in a very small room even though we had pain in full earlier in the week. We got moved the next day but our room leaked during the storm and there were gaps in the door frame where the wind whistled through and was very very loud. When informed the staff they said it was just rain water so not to worry about the water on the carpet.

The location so you could leave your car and walk around the town.
The lack of hot water - the $4 cost for a small jug of non UHT milk, the lack of cleaning - yes the bed was made and bins emptied but the bench wasn’t wiped down and the dishes weren’t washed. Strange things such as - 2 glasses / cups but only enough cutlery for one.
Streaming services on tv were held up by slow and inadequate buffering - tv remote worked intermittently.
