Over all great stay, but needs some attention.
Pros:

Friendly staff, good room with 2 double beds, plenty of towels. Found our room quiet. Beds comfy with 4 pillows each bed with good clean linen. Nice decor with lamps, desk, couch plus dining table and chairs. Lovely buffet breakfast. And ample seating in restaurant.

Cons:

$200 security deposit a bit extreme. Only one lift working, air vents really dirty rooms and foyer. 50/50 about pool in foyer. Spa not enclosed so same temp as pool which seem pointless as jet blow out cold water which wasn’t enjoyable. Parking meh, underground around side really dingy and not secure or monitored so moved car. A Broken down car sitting out entrance, parked behind it at check-in waiting for a driver to move car but obviously never moves causing blocking in if more than two car arrive to check in at 2pm, looks like it has been there a while as weeds growing underneath. Room sounds like in wind tunnel but problem solved when opening balcony door a smidge.

Fabulous, comfy and friendly
Pros:

Central position, within east walking distance of theatre, bars and eateries. Comfortable beds. Friendly staff - kindly gave us a room upgrade for my birthday.

We were happy with the accomodation for the most part

It’s close to shops/beach
The staff are very nice and food was amazing

Cons:

The hot water in our shower took around 10 minutes to become hot but continued to fluctuate between hot and cold
The people in the next room were extremely loud for the most part of the night
Their tv was very loud all night 😡
