Friendly staff and centrally located in town.
Pros:

Breakfast was nice but price way on the high side for what was available.
Staff were friendly.
Good location.

Cons:

Unfortunately the pool and spa was very cold.

I found the stay fine for the night, but i wouldn't return if i had a choice.
Pros:

The room size, overall cleanness was good.

Cons:

It was central heated which meant the only option was to turn the heating off so no air flow -Opening the balcony door wasn't the best option due the noise, and lights.
We had neon lights flashing different colours all night through the curtains (Room 124) we got zero sleep
The water in the bathroom wasn't clear when we turned bathroom taps on, it wasn't clean
They took $200 out of my account even though i had paid already through Booking.com - i now have to wait for it to be put into my account which can take up to a week.

Great location, lovely staff, building needs some serious maintenance

Hotel is quite run down. Multiple light switches don't work, water leaks in balcony doors when it rains, soaking the carpet. Door seals require some serious maintenance

The room was lovely
Pros:

Everything about the room was great except that we found the air conditioner was very loud.

Cons:

We were told that the toaster was slow but that was doable, however we found that the food was not really very hot and we were there for very early breakfast.
