Central but on the lower end of star rating
Pros:

The location so you could leave your car and walk around the town.

Cons:

The lack of hot water - the $4 cost for a small jug of non UHT milk, the lack of cleaning - yes the bed was made and bins emptied but the bench wasn’t wiped down and the dishes weren’t washed. Strange things such as - 2 glasses / cups but only enough cutlery for one.
Streaming services on tv were held up by slow and inadequate buffering - tv remote worked intermittently.

Very few guests, restaurant was quiet, meals were superb and the wait staff exceptional.
Pros:

Location was good, Atrium breathtaking as I remembered it. Room was very clean and comfortable as was the ensuite.

Cons:

Weak WiFi. Mix up with the rooms, entered room already occupied. No microwave and kettle old and noisy.
TV options minimal requiring a subscription.

Literally a large hotel room, not self contained.
Pros:

The location is very central.

Cons:

No facilities to reheat food, dining table has been removed since we last stayed and only one set of cutlery for a two person stay.

Bad start, unlikeable manager, Basil Fawlty minus the humour.
Pros:

Had to book day before, $30, nearby $12 to $20. Very few at breakfast, no soul or sound.

Cons:

Atmosphere, price and few there.

Wonderful service & experience
Pros:

The staff were incredible. Very accommodating and friendly. Went above and beyond to cater for our needs- especially the barista at Brekky. He was awesome! Rooms were tidy and clean, better than I anticipated for an older motel. I loved the vines & low light atmosphere at night.
