Cons:

We were very disappointed and dissatisfied with the swimming pool which is the reason we have gone back there four times now! Unfortunately it was just too cold for anyone to enjoy it and nobody would heat it for us. We weren't the only family there that felt this way.
We will.find somewhere else to stay next time!!!

Great location walking distance to shops, takeaway food and cafes and a choice of local pubs around
The pool inside was a bonus too!
Enjoyed the buffet breakfast, great selection of food and drinks, really nice restaurant to sit in, cool and calming atmosphere, will certainly stay again.

Cons:

The air con very noisy, and you couldnt adjust it?
Sliding door could do with a good clean?
Did notice they skimp on the soap and milk supplies

Convenient, lovely staff
Pros:

The location and is quite a nice setting, lovely balcony

Cons:

The bed was firm which was uncomfortable, all hotels I’ve stayed at are medium to suit the majority of people; no warnings about the uneven floor so a trip hazard

Overall pretty good
Pros:

Great pillows and a lovely comfortable bed. Spacious comfortable room with a long desk, roomy bathroom and a small balcony. Good room temperature controls and shower pressure - important! Plus bottled water and nibbles. Good room service and lovely meals. Attentive staff. The location was also really good, a short walk to the beach, foreshore, lookout tower, shops, cafes and restaurants. It was nice walking everywhere.

Cons:

I asked for a room with a view and my question was never replied to. The view I had was of 2 carparks. The balcony table legs were rusted completely through at the base. I wouldn't trust anything remotely heavy on it. There were people screaming really loudly around the pool area one afternoon and the sound carries all around the atrium, it was disturbing.
