I chose this hotel because it said it had 24-hour airport shuttle available and luggage storage. When I arrived, the front desk clerk was very rude and said their luggage storage was full, no early check in was available, and there was no airport shuttle. I was very disappointed, as this was the main reason I chose this hotel. Luckily, he let me make room and store my bags while I left to wait until check in was available.

The actual hotel was fine - good location and inexpensive, so it was nothing fancy, but not horrible either.

Could you imagine a more beautiful and luxorously place, yes. BUT, It's clean, it's well located, and kinda checked all of my needs. Would definitely come back.

It was a one night stay only but it’s a clean and centric hotel that allow you to walk to some attractions near by. Spacious room but shower doors would work so you gotta be careful 1. Not so slip in the shower with the curtain they adapted and 2. Not to make a mess outside the shower because again it can get slippery. Bottom line … completely worth for the price.

Hotel location is plus and minus at the time. Located in the center of the city and walkable to many city interesting points, but at night square close to hotel is a point of meeting for a lot of people, so it becomes noisy. 24/7 shuttle to airport is exhaguration. It's a taxi service thay will cost you extra and not always available, even though we called in advance. Staff is friendly and allowed us to check in early. Room was clean and even had tea pot, microwave and toaster, which was very unusual.

The hotel is very basic. If you just need the bed to sleep then it is recommended otherwise it is not a good option. The area around is quite good with shopping and places to eat. The hotel also refused to keep the baggage at the time of early checkout stating they don't have luggage room which was quite bad experience

Good place and center to stay

A small hotel above a restaurant, nice for a stay in Frankfurt. Situated in a small shopping square with bars, restaurants and shops. Hotel allowed us to pay for early check in and allowed left luggage if needed. Our floor had a communal cooking station with fridge, oven hob and sink which was useful. I would stay again as a good budget friendly hotel. Also a McDonald's across the street which is useful if returning back to the hotel late at night/ leaving early in the morning. Friendly check in staff.

We didn't like the property. It didnt feel safe and extremely noisy.
