Nice hotel, good location, reasonable breakfast, freindly staff, wifi was good at reception, couldn't get it to work in my room though...
Would stay here again

Stay 20th-22nd of march 2016. Based on price, overall is good. Breakfast tasty. Little bit walk towards main road. But still acceptable. Will stay again here next time.

Short walk from Malioboro street which is teeming with activity. Lots of stores around. Few pubs within walking distance as well.

部屋は大きくないが窓が大きいので少し開放的　値段のわりに綺麗ではなかった。あと部屋の中ではWi-Fi使えない。朝ご飯はビュッフェ式で種類もありおいしかった。

if you take a shower and after that wants to go to the toilet, you can't keep your feet dry.

no wifi in rooms is a serious joke given the price.

朝食の種類が豊富な方で、生野菜のサラダ（ニンジン、パプリカ、ピーマン、タマネギ、キュウリ）があったのが良かった。部屋も清潔で綺麗。メインストリートまで、徒歩７分程度。
悪い点は、ＷＩＦＩが公共スペースのみであること。毎朝８時半前後、ドアをたたかれ、部屋の清掃はいつするかとスタッフに聞かれる。

서비스 : 2박째 do not disturb 를 신청하여 방청소를 안해서 저녁에 들어와 수건을 신청하였더니 밍기적거리면서 안주려고 하였음.

Everything is perfect! Breakfast is good and has great options. Only thing I see some possible improvements is they only have wifi in the common areas, not in the rooms! Staff speaks english realy well.

Overall was nice, despite the sound of people walking upstairs in the middle of nights and no bolster on bed.

Staff very good, bathroom is not so clean, very noisy because we were staying at first floor when the time for breakfast people were eating infront our room, some they were shouted and sitting with cigarettes so the smokes went to our room(non smoking room).
On 7 Sept my hubby Birthday I ordered cake and flowers for his birthday, I knew I must pay bcoz I was the one ordered it, but in our experienced while we ordered a bday cake and flowers at the end they will give free as a gift from hotel, but it's not free.
In the map they said is near to Malioboro Road actually quite far if walk and so crowded the road.
The breakfast meals is good but only Indonesian food, my hubby like to eat bread but they don't have it.
In our room have Mosquitos.
This hotel, it's not for leisure, it's for transit hotel (1nite).

Nice hotel but needs a little more attention paid to the cleaning of the rooms.

very friendly and helpful staff but location wise, too much walk for me especially if have lots of shopping bags since marlborogh street is full with mall and street market. No internet in the room which is a minus point.

nice welcoming with drinks and very efficient staff, arranged all our trips for the next two days in a wink, with luxery cars and for a very reasonable price. the restaurant (open 24/24) had adequate food and drink prices.

Hotel is located in the center of Yogyakarta close to the main shopping street. Traffic noise all night long; closing the windows does not help. If you need a quiet place you'll not find it there. If you don't care, the place will be fine.

The hotel is within walking distance to one of the main shopping strip of the city, and is one of the newer hotels in the area. Generally our stay has been pleasant and value for money.
There are a few food carts along the road between the shopping mall and the hotel. The food is nice although they will charge higher price when they see that you are not a local.
