Wonderful stay! It was so convenient to stay here and take the On Tap shuttle to the Brewers game!
This was the second time staying at this hotel and once again, loved it! It's a beautiful hotel with unique rooms I just love. I love that it was quiet and I didn't have to worry about hearing noise in the halls or from neighboring rooms. We'll definitely be back!
Great job upgrading a vintage building. Cool area. Convenient secure garage that is cheap. On site bar and restaurant that is very good and several within a short 2-3 minute walk. Short walk or Uber to multiple other dining or drinking spots
Such a cool hotel! It’s built in the old Pabst brewhouse. Awesome experience. Affordable. Huge rooms. Highly recommended!!!
What an outstanding place to stay. Full of history but so comfortable, great location, and friendly service.

If you’re looking for a hotel that perfectly captures the soul of Milwaukee, The Brewhouse Inn & Suites is it. Located in the original Pabst Brewery complex, this place manages to be both incredibly cool and exceptionally comfortable. Stunning Architecture: The lobby features massive, original copper brewing kettles and a breathtaking stained-glass window of King Gambrinus (the patron saint of beer). It feels like staying in a beautifully preserved museum. Unique Rooms: The suites are spacious with high ceilings, exposed brick, and a modern industrial vibe. Having a kitchenette was a huge plus for a longer stay. The Location: Situated in the Brewery District, it’s quiet enough for a great night’s sleep but just a short walk or Uber from Deer District, Fiserv Forum, and downtown. Authentic Vibes: The history is everywhere, but the amenities are completely modern. The staff was incredibly welcoming and had great recommendations for local spots.Whether you’re a history buff, a beer lover, or just someone who appreciates a hotel with actual personality, do yourself a favor and book a room here. I can’t wait to come back.
The location was fantastic! The history of the building and the preservation of such an important part of Milwaukee’s history is incredible! Food at On Tap was fantastic. We have stayed here on multiple occasions and have never been disappointed.
The star of the staff was Jason the front office manager . We were a large group there to attend a wedding . He answered all our questions made suggestions and overall had a great personality to work with the public. I hope the GM appreciates what an asset he is to the hotel
Beautiful vintage hotel. Room was clean with full kitchen and sitting areas. Comfy bed and good shower water pressure. Washer/dryers down the hall are $1 to operate. Location was 5 minute drive from Firserv and lots of dining options. Valet parking is convenient - little pricey, bur definitely convenient. And all the front desk and valet staff were very friendly.
TVs in the room are too small. And, the Pabst/On Tap restaurant inside tne hotel was very disappointing food and service.
Loved the whole theme of the hotel. Very cool and different. Liked how big our room was with a kitchen in it. Felt like the room was pretty clean and we absolutely appreciated that.
Had no idea parking wasn't included in our stay. We paid quite a bit of money only to pay more than 30 a day in parking. I must have missed that somewhere when I booked. Beds were very cheap and bedding was minimal we had to ask for blankets and pillows. Initially they told us we had to come get it from the front desk ourselves and after 40 min (I was already in my pajamas and wasn't going to go downstairs) someone brought it up which was awesome. Didn't like that the tv in the room by the bed was very small and not even mounted on the wall it wasn't a smart tv either so I was unable to mirror or stream. There were no garbage cans on the floor outside of the room and there also wasn't a restroom besides downstairs. I ended up being sick and spent more time in the room than I anticipated I would. The soaps in the shower didnt have a pleasant smell. My spouse and I both felt this way. There were only 2 luggage carts and the one we could find had a horrible bum wheel and we had to drag it with all of our stuff. But we just ended up laughing about how ridiculous it was. We felt like we were spending a lot of money for a place that wasn't as high end as it appeared to be. I think the rates were immensely jacked up for the event in town and if we paid a more reasonable rate, we wouldn't have felt so strongly about the inconveniences.
Had anvamazing time from Jake the valet guy, to check in, it was plesant and welcoming. Any questions we asked was met with courtesy and knowledge and professionalism. The room was above and beyond our expectations. We will visit this hotel again. Check out was effortlessly and the Brunch is a must!!. They offer shuttle to the concert we were attending. Will let my family and friends to stay there. Staff job well done.
We came for an annual get together with friends and family. The hotel is well maintained with a wonderful staff. The rooms were spacious and clean. It’s a really neat stay and look forward to staying there again next time we are in Milwaukee. The complementary PBR upon check in is the cherry on top!
Loved our stay. It took us 4 minutes to walk to The Fiserv for the Journey concert. The hotel did have a shuttle but we opted to walk since it was so close.
Room was huge with a kitchen and FULL SIZE refrigerator. Bathroom was nice too. The building is beautiful, the restaurant was ok and not too pricey. Staff was very nice too.
Didn’t love the parking situation. It’s $45 to park but you do have in/out privileges. There’s also not much space on the street when you are waiting for your turn for the valet to pick up the car. It’s the same price for valet or if you park it yourself and the valet only took minutes to retrieve the car.
I paid $105 for the room and $45 for parking— staying here is as great deal for $150!! I will absolutely positively be staying here for concerts and probably stay here when visiting Milwaukee. This location is just off the highway too so it’s easy to get there.
This hotel is amazing and Jeff at the front desk was very helpful and an all time great!
I love this hotel! Staff is great. Rooms are great atmosphere A+.
Thanks to Jeff for taking care of us.
We were greeted with a smiling face by Jason. We were offered a complimentary beer and we were immediately impressed with how nice and unique the hotel was. We had a great experience at the restaurant and we enjoyed having a close walk to our venue at the Fiserv Arena. We would all love to go back there again. The staff was excellent.
