The location was fantastic! The history of the building and the preservation of such an important part of Milwaukee’s history is incredible! Food at On Tap was fantastic. We have stayed here on multiple occasions and have never been disappointed.
Loved the whole theme of the hotel. Very cool and different. Liked how big our room was with a kitchen in it. Felt like the room was pretty clean and we absolutely appreciated that.
Had no idea parking wasn't included in our stay. We paid quite a bit of money only to pay more than 30 a day in parking. I must have missed that somewhere when I booked. Beds were very cheap and bedding was minimal we had to ask for blankets and pillows. Initially they told us we had to come get it from the front desk ourselves and after 40 min (I was already in my pajamas and wasn't going to go downstairs) someone brought it up which was awesome. Didn't like that the tv in the room by the bed was very small and not even mounted on the wall it wasn't a smart tv either so I was unable to mirror or stream. There were no garbage cans on the floor outside of the room and there also wasn't a restroom besides downstairs. I ended up being sick and spent more time in the room than I anticipated I would. The soaps in the shower didnt have a pleasant smell. My spouse and I both felt this way. There were only 2 luggage carts and the one we could find had a horrible bum wheel and we had to drag it with all of our stuff. But we just ended up laughing about how ridiculous it was. We felt like we were spending a lot of money for a place that wasn't as high end as it appeared to be. I think the rates were immensely jacked up for the event in town and if we paid a more reasonable rate, we wouldn't have felt so strongly about the inconveniences.
Beautiful vintage hotel. Room was clean with full kitchen and sitting areas. Comfy bed and good shower water pressure. Washer/dryers down the hall are $1 to operate. Location was 5 minute drive from Firserv and lots of dining options. Valet parking is convenient - little pricey, bur definitely convenient. And all the front desk and valet staff were very friendly.
TVs in the room are too small. And, the Pabst/On Tap restaurant inside tne hotel was very disappointing food and service.
We were greeted with a smiling face by Jason. We were offered a complimentary beer and we were immediately impressed with how nice and unique the hotel was. We had a great experience at the restaurant and we enjoyed having a close walk to our venue at the Fiserv Arena. We would all love to go back there again. The staff was excellent.
Valet service was offered with no problems. Check in was very easy, and the clerk was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable with a relaxing atmosphere. We stayed in a king suite, which was a nice seperation from the sleep to lounging/mini kitchen area. Friendly staff. Definitely would stay again.
Great stay! The staff were incredibly friendly and provided excellent service. The design is also fantastic—I really loved how they preserved parts of the old brewery. Overall, a very comfortable experience. Would definitely come back.
There are a few areas for improvement. There was a small MEP/utility room in the guest room, and the noise from the equipment ran throughout the night, which made it difficult to rest. Additionally, the bedding had some stains and a slight odor, so the cleanliness could be improved.
The Brewhouse is in a great location with easy access to Fiserv Forum and many good restaurants. Employees are friendly and helpful. The decor from the original Pabst Brewery make the hotel unique. Overall, a great experience!
Love this place. Will be back
Only downfall is we couldnt stay for many more days.
Greatest place to stay for true Pabst's fans! Beautiful building.
This hotel is brimming with Milwaukee history yet as modern as they come. If you like character, this is it. This historic Pabst brewery has been renovated without losing the brewery feel. Wonderful friendly and helpful staff! We were even greeted on check-in with a cold glass of beer. Located downtown so everything we wanted was walking distance or a quick Lyft away.. For us, it was delightful.
Everything at the Brewhouse was wonderful. All went smoothly - from check in to breakfast to check out! The room was very spacious and comfortable. Definitely recommend. It’ll be our “go to” for our next MKE visit.
I LOVE this place! First time staying here and will definitely return in the future. My friends said the same. The style was unique and on theme with its historic roots. Perfect location and view. The staff was so helpful, Scott answered all our questions and was very welcoming!!
We had plenty of space for entertainment, and pricing exceeded expectations.
I would recommend anyone and everyone to stay here when visiting Milwaukee…
Best birthday ever!! 😊💖
The gentleman at the front desk were so friendly and helpful. Room was large and clean. Shower was great and bed very comfy.
Very cool atmosphere and interesting decor. Beds very comfortable, staff very friendly. Good restaurant.
