Somewhat elegant very interesting, beautiful sorry I only had one night

Very cool place, very original, the staff made you feel upper class. Didn’t like the fact of no parking on site, but valets were very helpful and polite, making it worth the fee which was more than expected. Advertised as parking/ valet at 38 ended up being charged 55 and still tipped 10.00.

It was a great 2 days in Milwaukee. The hotel was a perfect choice for us.
Pros:

The 2 bedroom suite was amazing. 30 foot vaulted ceilings, in a real brewery from the past. Huge windows made it exceptional. True luxury. Staff was great.

Cons:

There was no breakfast included. You could buy it, but we did not.

It is our frequent choice when visiting Milwaukee. The front desk staff is efficient and friendly (who wouldn’t love a free Pabst when checking in).

The place is great to stay at, but if you wanted to talk to someone about your upcoming stay—-good luck!

Very hard to get in contact with staff. Often would get redirected on the phone to a line that was never answered and voicemails were never returned.

Das Hotel ist das schönste Hotel in Milwaukee und absolut empfehlenswert und die Ausstattung der Zimmer sind sehr schön.

Cons:

Was uns nicht gefallen hat ist, dass man erst ab 16 Uhr einchecken kann. Wenn checkout um 11 Uhr ist, hätte man normalerweise fünf Stunden zum putzen der Zimmer. Unser Zimmer ist an beiden Tagen nicht einmal geputzt worden. Weder wurde der Kaffee aufgefüllt. Noch wurden die Handtücher ausgewechselt. Wir mussten beim Check-in zweimal uns die Zeit vertreiben, weil unser Zimmer bis 16 Uhr nicht fertig war. Auch war das Personal an der Rezeption nicht freundlich genug für ein 4 Sterne Hotel

Perfect location and a free Pabst!
Pros:

It is a preferred spot that is frequently our go to when we need to overnight in Milwaukee. The location is safe and quiet with a restaurant right downstairs. The atmosphere is historic and it is always fun to check out all the different seating areas in the hotel itself.

Cons:

The price fluctuates and sometimes a bit higher than I would like but always worth it!
