Pros:

The overall stay was great. Room was nice.

Cons:

The breakfast was absolutely terrible. I would consider not doing it at all if that is the quality you serve.

My son lives in Knoxville 3 hrs from me his mom. This place makes my travel the best.

Nice, big and clean room.

Cons:

Could not.adjust the volume on the TV. Water went all over the floor in the bathroom. Noisy people in the room above us.

Whenever I went they were out of food
On another note, your help had to be called away everytime from their little chit chat group and most of them were not really customer friendly.
