Dirty bathroom.
I love staying at Frasers it's one of my favourite hotels for work and leisure. It's class, sophistication, comfort and good location to all your needs.
Like I said this is one of my favourite accommodations, not always easy to get parking with the hotel if it's full.
The mattress is too soft , fell uncomfortable .

Rooms not clean, pubic hair all over soap dispenser, spa not working, pool furniture in despair, pool windows not finished…
The pool is lovely and gym well equipped.
The staff member on check in gave us no instructions- not even a floor number for our room. The unit had not one comfortable chair to sit on and the lounge should have been replaced years ago. The shower had zero pressure and the bathroom’s grout had a build up of mould.
The whole night was just great
The fact we had to pick up our own room service and no napkins were available
