Le site de l’île de Pâques où l’on peut voir les Moai.
Pros:

Le site était parfait pour l’emplacement. Les facilités un peu moins, il faut comprendre aussi que nous sommes sur une île et que tout ne s’apparente pas aux grandes villes.

Cons:

Le personnel très gentil et très agréable.

Le petit déjeuner

Cons:

Le rideau ne couvrait que la moitié de la fenêtre à rez-de-chaussée face à l'entrée de l'hôtel où tous les clients passaient.
Pas de moustiquaire tombée par terre, pas d'eau chaude, fuite à gros jet du tuyau de douchette, pas de pression ni de débit de la douchette contrairement au robinet de lavabo, savonnier vide.

Défaut électrique de la prise de courant de la salle de bain qui a fait disjoncté tout l'hôtel quand j'ai branché mon chargeur Samsung, qui a de plus grillé.
Les lits doubles promis n'ont pas été mis à disposition.
Poignée de baignoire rouillée.
Pas de table, de chaise, de coin salon dans les chambres. Pas de TV ni de minibar comme indiqué dans la description
Chambres situées dans une partie ancienne de l'hôtel ne correspondant pas aux photos.
Une honte...de mensonges.
Je demande le remboursement à booking, cet hôtel pour la partie que nous avons occupée mérite tout juste 1 étoile. Mais nous n'avons pas pu connaître la partie décrite dans le site de booking puisque l'hôtel était soi disant en surbooking.

Bezeichnung Hotel passt überhaupt nicht.
Pros:

Personal war sehr freundlich. Lage ist gut, sehr zentral.

Cons:

Wir hatten kein warmes Wasser! „Hotel“ müsste dringend umfassend renoviert werden.

Cons:

Hice una reserva porque venia de otro hotel que no nos había gustado. Y al llegar fue nuestra sorpresa que el hotel estaba cerrado, sin personal ni agua caliente. Porque aceptan una reserva si no hay condiciones mínimas? El hotel no es nada barato.
El propietario, un hombre mayor, le costo devolvernos el dinero porque Booking ya lo había cobrado. Y para llegar al hotel tienen una subida te tierra y piedras que con maletas y carro del niño imposible subirla.
