Pros:

Location was fantastic,making it easy to explore the area and the cleanliness was top notch ensuring a comfortable environment. The staffs incredibly friendly and attentive adding to the positive experience. Facilities were impressive particularly the stunning views. Overall a solid choice for a stay!

Cons:

I would like to make complaint regarding the toilet in our hotel room. The toilet is currently blocked & flooding, causing water to overflow on the floor. The situation is very inconvenient & uncomfortable for us! The sink is blocked & water cannot drain properly causing water accumalate in the basin. This requires immediate attention to fix the blockage. The issues needs to be checked & reapired ASAP. tq!

A comfortable stay with great breakfast and easy access to the city center.
Pros:

I was very satisfied with the breakfast. The dining area is very spacious and can comfortably accommodate many guests during breakfast time.

The location is also excellent, as it is situated in the city center and provides easy access to nearby shopping malls.

Cons:

On two occasions, I stayed in rooms with relatively small bathrooms and limited shower space, particularly on level 7. This may be related to room allocation, as room layouts could vary depending on the booking platform used, such as third-party applications or the hotel’s official website.
