Lễ Tân và bảo vệ kém. Cho thuê xe hết sạch xăng. Xe cũ. Lốp non. Đổ 50k xăng xong trả xe vì không đi được. Lễ tân cũng không xin lỗi hay nói trả lại tiền xăng. Phòng cũ không như ảnh.

Pros:

Các bạn lễ tân rất thân thiện nhiệt tình, vợ chồng tôi đi cùng với con nhỏ được upgrade hạng phòng với giường lớn hơn có view thành phố, ngồi sofa thỉnh thoảng thấy máy bay lên xuống khiến bé nhà tôi rất thích thú. Nếu có dịp quay lại ĐN tôi sẽ ưu tiên Tasara.

Pros:

Lễ tân thân thiện
Xung quanh có rất nhiều địa điểm ăn uống vui chơi karaoke
Phòng sạch sẽ, tiện nghi.
Giá phòng quá rẻ so với chất lượng. Mình đi chia ra người chỉ tầm 160-170k 1 đêm.

Cons:

Phòng 403 mình ở lâu lâu có mùi thuốc lá nhưng không rõ là xuất phát từ đâu!

Pros:

decent stay, the hotel met my standard for sleeping demand only: clean bathroom, AC (bit old so we couldn’t adjust the temperature, was very cold if we left it on for too long), shower gel smelled nice👍

Cons:

i had a complain about the room we received (without city view) was not the one we booked (with city view) on Booking, seemed like there was a mistake between the Marketing team and the hotel managing team. They explained there was NO Triple Room With City View, they only have 3 Triple rooms which have the same windows like the one we had while room informations we booked on Booking said the opposite. At the end they agreed to give us a discount. I’m happy enough but hopefully the Marketing team would make adjustments soon to avoid any disappointments from the customers in the future.
