Great property , fab staff - highly recommended ! Lokesh at the reception was extremely helpful .
An absolutely wonderful experience at Park Hyatt! The hotel is beautiful, peaceful and incredibly pleasant, surrounded by lush greenery — such a beautiful spot in the heart of the city. The ambience is relaxing, the service is exceptional, and the staff genuinely go above and beyond to make you feel welcomed and cared for.
A very special shoutout to Aniket and Sejal, who were truly outstanding. Their warmth, professionalism, attention to detail, and willingness to help made our stay even more special. Employees like them are a real asset to the hotel and deserve to be recognised.

The staff was absolutely off. To a degree where it was not pleasant to stay. Really unprofessional.
One of the best hotel in chennai, I use to stay regularly as always it's excellent. Bigger rooms, hygiene well maintained, food was delicious, thanks to Lokesh very polite and helpful. Overall it was fantastic stay.
We did not have a good experience
The booking was not appearing at the hotel. They took a long time to search for it. It was disappointing.
The experience with food was also not good. The spread did not meet any international standards, even the basics were missing. Other similar category hotels offer a much better spread.
Though there were lots of staff members in the dining area, the service was poor, waiting time was long, the dishes were not getting refilled well in time. It was overall disappointing.

We had a wonderful stay and truly enjoyed the overall experience. The room was clean, well-maintained, and comfortable, with everything kept perfectly up to the mark.
A special mention to Lokesh and Irfan from the Front Desk, and Aniket from Housekeeping, who were extremely polite, courteous, and helpful throughout our stay. Their warm and friendly service made our experience even more pleasant.
Overall, it was a lovely stay, and we would be happy to visit again!
