Fantastic stay in Chennai - it helped make our entire trip more special
Pros:

The entire hotel was incredible and one of the best that we have ever stayed in. In particular, the staff at breakfast (especially Awash and Kati) made us feel right at home and made us a specific dessert on the last meal of our trip. My wife and I had a fantastic time here and made great use of all of the amenities that we could, including the gym, getting a haircut, and the chai events in the lobby. We would absolutely stay here the next time we are in Chennai.

Cons:

There is nothing that comes to mind that could be improved - the hotel and staff seemed to have thought of everything!

Cons:

I’d like to call this my suggestion- it would be nice if there was a user manual beside every electronic or machine provided in the room and the in the shower as well for the different water outlets and which side corresponds to hot/cool water.
