Important information:

Please note that the Wellness Centre and Gym will be closed from 28 September 2026 until 12 October 2026 (inclusive).

From 13 October 2026 until Spring 2027, renovation works will be carried out on the outdoor swimming pool. During this period, the outdoor area will not be accessible.

To ensure maximum safety and hygiene standards and to avoid possible contamination, the indoor Spa pool and the adjacent building located in the park will also remain closed during the renovation works.

During this period, access to the Spa will be reserved exclusively for guests aged 16 years and over. Children will not be admitted.

Special reduced Spa entrance fees will apply during the renovation period:

• EUR 20 per person from Monday to Thursday
• EUR 25 per person from Friday to Sunday

The regular entrance fee of EUR 48 per person will not apply during this period.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
If you require an invoice when booking a prepaid rate, write this and your company details in the Special Requests box.
Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

Pros:

Schönes Hotel mit Flair. Ein wenig viele Selbstdarsteller. Pool kostet im Park Hotel extra - 50 € oder miese Liegen ohne Sonnenschirm.
Eigentlich kostet vieles Extra.

El desayuno es excelente, muy completo. El restaurante para cenar también correcto, ambiente y personal muy agradables.

Lo que fue una sorpresa desagradable fue la comida en el bar de la piscina el día de llegada. Carta limitada, faltaban platos, y baja calidad, el plato de spaghetis lo sirven frío, y poquísima cantidad a precio elevado... No lo había visto nunca. Por supuesto ya no volvimos a consumir allí.

tutto perfetto...la location...la colazione veramente ottima e con una ampissima gamma di prodotti per tutte le esigenze. La piscina esterna in particolare quella riscaldata veramente soddisfacente.

Cons:

non ci sono in particolare che andrebbero migliorate...solo dal mio punto di vista le "restrizioni" relative al dress code per accedere al ristorante dell'albergo mi sembrano un pochino eccessive considerando che i clienti dell'albergo non credo siano tutti appartenenti alla famiglia del sultano del Brunei

panorami, storia, relax e cibi straordinari
Pros:

Hotel organizzatissimo sia per chi vuole stare in tranquillità sfruttando al massimo le opportunità di relax date dal panorama e dai vari luoghi dove sostare, piscina esterna grande e ben tenuta. Colazione strepitosa con una varietà di cibi e bevande sia dolce che salata. Per i giocatori comodo il tunnel che porta direttamente al casino'. Interni classici spettacolari sembra di entrare in un castello.

Cons:

Visto che la VDO ha un capoluogo di provincia ricco di storia e ogni paese ha un castello da visitare potrebbero organizzare delle visite guidate per chi ama la storia e la geografia. Personalmente ho visitato Aosta e le sue bellezze storiche di origine romana, e numerosi castelli tutti belli e ben tenuti. Inoltre da un punto di vista panoramico la Stella di PIla e il Monte Bianco alla punta Helbronner sono al top nel mondo

L'établissement est absolument magnifique, la décoration raffinée autant dans l'hôtel que dans les chambre qui sont très confortable. Le buffet du petit-dejeuner était incroyable. J'en ai rarement vu de si variés, beau et copieux.

Cons:

On ne peut pas dire que je n'ai pas apprécié mais il y a juste l'accès à la piscine et spa ou ce n'était pas très clair ce qui est payant ou inclus dans la réservation.
Il y a également plusieurs tarifs et si cela été affiché à la réception du Spa, cela serait plus simple. J'ai trouvé les informations sur le site de l'hôtel par la suite.

Cons:

Nicht besonders sauber. In den 4 Tagen Aufenthalt wurden weder im Zimmer, noch im Frühstücksraum die Böden gesäubert. Dementsprechend klebrig und schmutzig war es. Der Teppich auf den Fluren ist ebenfalls stark verschmutzt.

Das Frühstück ist allenfalls durchschnittlich. Alles ist wild im Raum verteilt und die Auswahl ist sehr begrenzt.

Der Lichtschalter ist so kompliziert, dass es dafür eine Bedienungsanleitung gibt.

Es wird an einigen Ecken gespart. Z.B. sind die Fußwege nicht beleuchtet, obwohl Lampen verbaut sind.

Die Hotelein- und Ausgänge zum Parkplatz sind gesperrt.

In der Nachbarschaft gibt es einen Hund, der sich die ganze Nacht mit seinem Echo unterhält… jede Nacht. Mit offenem Fenster schlafen war nicht möglich. Natürlich nicht die Schuld des Hotels, dennoch sehr störend für die Gäste.

Den Spa-Bereich zu nutzen, kostet für ParcHotel-Gäste sehr teure 48€/Pers.
