Hotel storico con un arredamento accattivante, colazione super ottima offerta sia dolce che salata personale di sala gentile e disponbile

Cons:

Per poter prendere un po’ di sole si deve pagare 48 euro per accedere al solarium

Pros:

Beautiful place, with amazing view at Aosta Valley. Fantastic mix old and new part. Inspiring design. Comfy, large, well equiped room. Tasteful breakfast, Helpful staff.

Struttura imponente e molto bella.
Alcune parti poco utilizzate nel periodo del soggiorno e quindi semi chiuse. Per il resto molto bella.

Gli ascensori, meritano una revisione e maggior manutenzione.

The location, interior, breakfast was perfect.

Cons:

1. The conditioner did not work.
2. There was a noise coming from the conditioner during the night that did not let us sleep.
3. The SPA was closed during our entire stay (even though we got 20% off because of that).
4. They made a mistake while reserving the table for dinner, and when we arrived, they informed us that we had to leave the restaurant because they didn’t have a place for us. It took us 30 minutes to figure out the mistake. The initial service was rude, but the issue was solved, and they offered us a bottle of champagne on their behalf as an apology.
