Booked a budget room for just 3 nites.
Decent value for money, no complaints..
I think only customers that are themselves a nuisance, or have an unreasonable attitude would have a problem staying at this hotel.
Staff were always nice and friendly, just as I was to them.
Would certainly not hesitate to use again if I required low cost accommodation.

I stayed at this "hotel" for 4 days and every single day there seemed to be a new way the hotel wanted to screw me over. As far as I can tell there are 4 people working here. The two women are wonderful and I have nothing bad to say about them.

The two men are rude, uncooperative, argumentative, and don't seem to care. The first thing you should know is that you can't have anyone stay at your place without paying the hotel money and providing them identification....this includes a date or just a friend for a few minutes.

The hotel also doesn't allow you to take your key with you outside of the hotel. Considering I would always leave stuff in my room I didn't feel quite secure. And the only thing the foreign manager could say was "why would anyone go into your room?" I don't know because people go into rooms all the time and steal stuff. That is why I paid you money for my room for the duration of my stay.

If all you care about is cheapness and location then this is fine, but if you care about security, privacy, and not being yelled at automatically by rude workers then please, please do not support this place and their belittling rules.

For me this was a really good place, great value!
Ladies who work here are very nice and helpful.

Still my place to stay in Pattaya! The service is great, the rooms meet all my needs, and the location is great for access to the entertainment district, beach, and shopping.

When you book such a cheap priced room, you really do not expect to get much, so imagine my surprise when i walked into clean, fully furnished room with LED TV hanging on the wall, safe in the wardrobe, fridge and even hair dryer, Bed with 4 pillow menu, and not your regular soft ones, but nice firm pillows. Small bathroom, standing shower but has a curtain. First time in my life i have seen curtain in the shower at this price.Current temps are little cooler,to cold to turn on AC but still hot.and surprise once again, room has wall attached fan, which was perfect to get an awesome night of sleep. Then in the morning, came the shock, free breakfast and not only its free breakfast but 8 or 9 choice, ranging from fried rice to ham omelet or mini english breakky. 
Staff very friendly, In all honesty, you would struggle to find anything on par or better for this price, if anything it should be be priced higher.

Very nice, clean and quite place located away from all the bar music noise and screaming bar employees. Room was very well thought out, small but functional, very clean. Nice staff, delicious breakfast and easy to get around. Lots of shopping and markets within walking distance.

Clean Rooms, nice decor, friendly staff and all of that for a super cheap price. Anyone complaining or writing neg comments must be suffering from some mental problems. Can not expect much for 500-600 baht, but you do get clean, well furnished room, with cold air, nice choice of cable and functional wifi. Small breakky is just an awesome bonus,

Good stay, very cheap price and you get a lot for your money including a breakfast.
All worked, clean, no problems with staff or anything really.
Cold air con, fast wifi, safe and fridge in the room.

Everything was very nice there. The room was small and super clean. They provided even hair dryer.Daily room cleaning.Location is just15 min walk to the beach and waking street. Public transport just outside and only 10 baht to get around . Nice little breakky and easy going staff.

I dont want to live here again and the owner of this hotel is very cheap person they want money only. They are very misbehaviour with me the front of my clint.

Hi, everyone the hotel is nice. I don't have anything to complain; I just go for the cheap and convenient, and this hotel is cheap and convenient for what I wanted, staff very friendly and if you are looking to see things in Pattaya, you can walk all over wherever you want to go, or you can take motorbike or a taxi; is 5 or 7 minutes to the walking street and beach where the night life is; this is my second time staying at this nice hotel.

not recommend, there are many hotels around with similar price but with much higher standards.

No lift, very dirty, not anything like photos. I didn't dere use their bed and blanket.

The room was spacious and had extra seating and tables as well as a fully-stocked mini-fridge at cheap prices. It is a little far walking to walking street but there are lots of restaurants and bars and other fun things on the way. It is a little noisy during the night.

Very nice hosts and staff, I was happy there from the minute I got there through to the time I left.

Very pleased with hotel apart from scooter parking charges. Generally would recommend.

This hotel is a little too budget. The room is very outdated, noisy and not very clean. They enforce the idea of charging every little bit of service, and have strange restrictive hotel rules. Even though the location of the hotel is perfect, I would not recommend this hotel.
