Goed hotel op een mooie locatie
Pros:

Vriendelijk personeel, ruime kamer en een erg uitgebreid ontbijt. Fietsen kunnen in een af te sluiten ruimte geplaatst worden.

Prachtige accommodatie op wandelafstand van het gezellige Ootmarsum.
Pros:

Gelegen in een prachtige tuin. Mooie, grote kamer (junior suite), waar ons hondje welkom was.

Cons:

Een tegenvaller was het niet, maar aan het diner kan toch wel wat aandacht aan besteed worden. Ik begrijp best dat het niet gemakkelijk is om zaalpersoneel te vinden. Maar als een jonge dame de zaal wordt ingestuurd, toch even zorgen dat die op zijn minst goede instructies krijgt hoe een gerecht wordt opgediend. Een beetje uitleg over wat er op het bord ligt kan je toch verwachten, dit naast een 'smakelijk'.

Geweldig hotel & wellness op een prachtige locatie
Pros:

Het hotel ligt prachtig en het zwembad en de sauna zijn heerlijk rustig. Ontbijt top maar vooral het diner was heerlijk. Personeel allemaal even aardig.

Chapeau, ga zo door!
Pros:

ontbijt was erg goed, personeel zeer professioneel en attent, niks was te gek. Van de receptie tot de bar medewerkers en bij het ontbijt alles was top geregeld. Zelfs de security had gezien dat mijn schuifkanteldak van m'n auto openstond, dit werd netjes gemeld in de ochtend tijdens het ontbijt. Echt chapeau! En een erg mooie tuin waar we een wandeling hebben gemaakt.

Große, helle Zimmer. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig und eine gute Mischung vom Angebot. Das Abendessen war besonders lecker mit einer besonders netten Bedienung.

Cons:

Mir gefallen modernere Einrichtungen besser. Allerdings ist der vorhandene Einrichtungsstil sehr schön zum Gebäude abgestimmt.

Geachte heer/mevrouw,

Hierbij dien ik een officiële klacht in over mijn verblijf dat ik via Booking.com heb geboekt.

Tijdens de nacht werd ik wakker en zag ik een insect in mijn bed. Daarnaast zag ik meerdere insecten langs de deuren en was de kamer zichtbaar niet schoon. Er was vuil aanwezig langs de deur en de plinten. Ik heb hiervan foto’s gemaakt en voeg deze als bewijs toe.

Door deze situatie voelde ik mij erg vies en onveilig. Ik kon niet meer rustig slapen en voelde mij genoodzaakt het hotel te verlaten. Dit heeft mijn verblijf volledig verpest.

Ik heb betaald voor een schone, veilige en hygiënische hotelkamer. Naar mijn mening voldeed de kamer hier absoluut niet aan. Daarom verzoek ik u om het volledige bedrag van mijn verblijf terug te betalen.

Ik verzoek u mijn klacht zo spoedig mogelijk in behandeling te nemen. De foto’s zijn als bijlage toegevoegd.

Prachtige, zeer grote tuin met mooi zwembad en ook een fantastisch binnenbad. Comfortabele kamers, heerlijk groot bed, lekker eten. Alles perfect.
