The view of the Matterhorn everyday is worth the short uphill walk. Some reviewers complained about the walk, but this gives you an awesome view over the town and the Matterhorn. Incredible views at breakfast as well!
The Zen spa is also amazing, however there is no hot tub.
Thank you for including the cost of the Cervino Taxi service from, and back to, the train station with a minimum of 2 night stay. The amazing steam room, sauna, and relaxation area that are included with the cost of the stay was a highlight! I also liked the proximity to a scenic trail to the base of the Schwarszee chairlift. The handmade furniture and decor gave the modern renovation a lot of character.
I was confused regarding the taxi as it’s not a taxi belonging to the hotel, but rather a local company called Cervino Taxi.

また質問があり、出発前にスタッフの方に声をかけるととても丁寧にマップを使って案内してくださいました。

I loved how private and cozy the place was! It's a little bit outside the town, so you're away from the rush of the town. The owners are adorable and provided special breakfast food for my gluten and lactose intolerant friend. In the afternoon you can eat cake and drink tea for free in the lounge, it's so comfy
Ok this is nitpicky but I prefer a colder room at night and a thicker duvet!

More of a general Swiss/Zermatt thing I think - the beds are not the usual king/queen larger beds but that is not property specific
We loved the view, the staff, the vibe of the lodge, and the room set up was perfect for our family. We absolutely loved our stay and would highly recommend! The staff were so helpful with food recommendations, travel routes, and even played and entertained my kids. They were wonderful!
Our faucet was a little hard to turn on, but other than that we have no complaints!
