Lovely hotel - breakfast was beautiful!
Pros:

Clean, warm, lovely staff! I loved our little patio and TVs all had YouTube/netflix. Views of the Matterhorn were unmatched!

Cons:

Location was slightly more uphill than I anticipated. Could have had more pastries/baked goods on offer with breakfast. Ran out quite quickly if you were later in the morning.

Amazing! Would come back any time
Pros:

The sauna room and overall facilities are of great quality beautiful taste and all was clean and pleasant. Everyone was extremely kind and attentive to our comfort

Cons:

We couldn’t make the TV work but for us it was no problem. It is not that close to the pistes or the station as we thought from the description.

Perfect experience for a ski holiday!
Pros:

All the staff are very friendly and helpful! For skiers/snowboarders, the location actually perfect. Balcony is facing Matterhorn, just next to the public view point, therefore it’s on the hill, however you can ski/snowboard directly from route 2 ( through the woods) lol so highly recommend this hotel

Es war ok, würde mir aber bei einem nächsten Aufenthalt noch einmal etwas anderes suchen.
Pros:

Ein wunderbarer Blick aufs Matterhorn. Nettes, hilfsbereites Personal, wenn denn da. Abends ist niemand mehr an der Theke. Prima Frühstück.

Cons:

Zimmer ist spartanisch eingerichtet. Nicht wohlig. Sehr komische Metall-Deckenbeleuchtung, wie eine Krake. Bett ist sehr niedrig. Eine seltsam dünne Zudecke gab kaum Wärme, deshalb holte ich mir eine zweite Decke. Verfügbare Teebeutel abgezählt und wenig Auswahl. Nur mit Lift konnte man sich in den Etage indoor bewegen, ansonsten über eine Aussentreppe.

Unser Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel war einfach traumhaft! Schon beim Betreten fühlt man sich wie in einem Märchen – die Ausstattung ist aussergewöhnlich schön, mit viel Liebe zum Detail und einer ganz besonderen Atmosphäre. Das gesamte Personal ist unglaublich freundlich, aufmerksam und jederzeit hilfsbereit. Man fühlt sich vom ersten Moment an willkommen und bestens umsorgt. Das Frühstück ist einfach hervorragend – eine riesige Auswahl, alles frisch und von bester Qualität. Besonders begeistert hat uns der unglaublich feine Kuchen, der rund um die Uhr zusammen mit Kaffee angeboten wird. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder und können dieses Hotel von Herzen weiterempfehlen.

Pros:

The view of the Matterhorn everyday is worth the short uphill walk. Some reviewers complained about the walk, but this gives you an awesome view over the town and the Matterhorn. Incredible views at breakfast as well!
The Zen spa is also amazing, however there is no hot tub.

Really beautiful spot for a relaxing Zermatt experience.
Pros:

Thank you for including the cost of the Cervino Taxi service from, and back to, the train station with a minimum of 2 night stay. The amazing steam room, sauna, and relaxation area that are included with the cost of the stay was a highlight! I also liked the proximity to a scenic trail to the base of the Schwarszee chairlift. The handmade furniture and decor gave the modern renovation a lot of character.

Cons:

I was confused regarding the taxi as it’s not a taxi belonging to the hotel, but rather a local company called Cervino Taxi.

最高のお宿でした。
Pros:

駅から12分ほどの坂の上に宿はあります。
しっかり歩ける人におすすめです。

部屋はとても清潔で広さも十分、それにバスルームの仕切りがカーテンではなく、ガラスと言うところが個人的に清潔感をより感じて良かったです。

また質問があり、出発前にスタッフの方に声をかけるととても丁寧にマップを使って案内してくださいました。
本当に助かりました。
