Un breve relax
Pros:

La camera era ristrutturata molto bene, il bagno e specialmente la doccia erano frutto di un buon architetto. I caloriferi della stanza non si vedevano perché camuffati per estetica. In tutto l'albergo domina il legno ma è nelle stanza che c'è la sua migliore espressione.
Anche la cena a menu fisso a 30€ è a buon prezzo: 4 piccole portate ma alla fine nutrienti e buone.
La colazione è abbondante, internazionale e molto ricca.

Cons:

Quando sono arrivato non ho trovato parcheggio perché erano pieni. Avevo chiamato due ore prima chiedendo se c'era disponibilità e me l'avevano confermata. Forse c'era ma era al coperto per 20€ al giorno (un po' caretto ma si è sempre a Cortina). Ho parcheggiato a 400 mt di distanza.

Zentrale Lage, sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter

Cons:

Ich war im Dachgeschoss untergebracht. Die Fenster - generell die Einrichtung - sind in die Jahre gekommen. Der Straßenverkehr und auch die anderen Gäste, die bis halb 2h Nachts am Gang laut waren, haben mir leider eine sehr kurze Nacht beschert. Zimmer war sehr klein, aber durchaus nett.

L'élégance de la salle restaurant et bar.
Le parking gratuit
La réceptionniste ( féminine) avait réellement un sens de l'accueil pour la clientèle. En revenant d'une randonnée, elle nous abordait avec gentillesse. Très synthétique. Celle qui nous a fait le check out également.

Cons:

Le monsieur de la réception ne cherchait pas à aider. Impersonnel. Froid. Pas commercial.
Ne sachant pas très bien parler anglais. Il se moquait un peu!
Nous étions sous les toits. Très beau. Pas de clim chaud

Pros:

We booked a “recently renovated” junior suite. We got a room that is old and worn, the only new thing is the windows and maybe the mattresses. Complaints and asking for a different room - even in a lower category as long as renovated - did not help as they maintained to be fully booked. Why old and worn: old furniture, old bathroom, old light fixtures, scratched floors (ancient scratches). Peeling paint on the walls. And the definition of junior suite seems to be a third bed, not a sofa or at least a chair. The hallway to the room had nice new doors - until we got to our from the previous century.
