Overall it's good value for the money. The hotel claims to be four star but that's ridiculous. It's more two or three star. The rooms are fine but very basic. The full breakfast is outstanding.

There are better options
Pros:

We emailed asking for an airport pickup. Admittedly, when I didn’t hear back I should have called but I didn’t. I called on arrival in San Jose. The lady who answered the phone checked the email and said she saw my email request but it was too late so we would need to pay $25 for a shuttle. A taxi was $20. The lady was unapologetic and quite rude she was at the front desk when we arrived. There was a man there as well and he was much nicer. The room was dirty, with a lot of hair and other stuff under the beds. The beds were not completely. It is far from the airport. I would not recommend staying here. There are better options closer to the airport. Marriott should be ashamed to have their name on this property. One positive thing was the lady at the front desk at checkout- she was very kind and helpful.

Clean and air conditioning worked in rooms.However rooms were small as well as the beds. Staff was nice some spoke and understood English. Breakfast was very good. Priced very affordable walking distance for food.

Pros:

We were able to check in early, that was very appreciated because we left before 6 AM so we were able to go do things around SJ versus waiting around for our room. Very easy to book a room and to get transportation to the airport early. Thank you staff!
